We absolutely loved our stay at Micheal and boods accommodation. When you walk through the front door and see the spectacular views you are just blown away. Spacious amhouse with all amenities. 30 second walk to the beach, it’s practically on the beach. Kids loved it, shops and pub all very close. Great masseuse next door . Will defo return later this year. Thanks guys 5 stars

Ted's Rest was a step back to the 70's (era we were born!). Love those furnishings, lino, crockery, bathroom colours & tiles! It was a very comfortable place to stay; excellent beds & plenty of windows to open & let the sea breeze in. Although it is dated it is a very clean place to stay in. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony & watching the world go by or walking down to the nearby beach (so close) with our dogs. Everything was within walking distance. There are no curtains on the windows (except for a couple of roller shutters at the front); just scrims. Eye patches are good if you don't want to be awake at the crack of dawn!

With beautiful views of the ocean, the batch is equipped with everything you could need. Ideal for families! Ledge point is a beautiful, cozy beach town and the main entrance to the beach is only few mins walk from the Accommodation, We really loved our stay and cannot wait to visit again.

Tony's place was great. We had a 2 week gap from selling our home to moving into the new home and Tony's place was so convenient, easy and well located. Gave us the space we needed to store last minute items to store between homes. Tony's communication was outstanding and he was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend Tony's home as a great place to stay.

We had the best couple of weeks at the beach house. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host Karin was so nice, she was always on hand to answer any questions and sent us lots of things to do. Perfect 🤩

The house was so welcoming, felt right at home. Was able to get comfortable and the pool was amazing on our hot weekend. Showers and bedrooms were so nice and updated. I would recommend to people coming to Perth to stay. Right next to the beach and such a close walk to restaurants. Thanks for opening your house up to us 😁

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.

Great place for family with young kids! Lots of toys and board games in the house! Many spaces too for different group for different activities ! Tv room for the kids to play ninenton while the adults can have drinks and chit chat in the living room. ♥️

An amazing experience from booking to checking out. Very helpful instructions to get to and into the house and it went beyond expectations. For a family of 4 it had everything we needed for the most comfortable stay. The local area is amazing, walking distance to the beach, local shops and bus routes. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay, everything was perfect. The welcome gift was so nice to arrive to. The location is fantastic, the view lovely, and we found it very relaxing and peaceful. The kitchen was so well equipped it made preparing food so easy. We would definitely like to stay again.

Sarah’s home was spacious, welcoming and warm with plenty of signs of it being lived in and loved. We especially loved the play area and large grassed backyard, as well as it being dog friendly. Everything was modern and tastefully renovated, and all bathrooms were open and accessible. Sarah was a super communicator and went out of her way to accommodate our dates, which we are really thankful for!

Wonderful size of property. Loved the view. Driveway is very inconvenient with a pram. Inconvenient as an English tourist who doesn’t have an Australian phone sim not having access to internet

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Each bedroom was immaculately presented and the master was delightfully spacious and luxurious with its open plan bathroom and 75” UHD TV viewable from both the bath tub and the bed. Up stairs in the evening we really enjoyed having a beverage and enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Downstairs the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the spacious grass areas to play on. They also have a dart board and various board games which provided many hysterics thanks to cards against humanity family edition! The kitchen and BBQ areas allowed for easy meals at the most amazing single piece natural edge wood dining table. Plenty of fridge space with the bonus ice maker in the freezer Once the kids were off to bed we would retire to the home theatre room to enjoy the massive screen with access to Netflix. This place had one of the best internet connections I’ve had anywhere, which was greatly appreciated as phone reception can be sparse.

The air b&b was lovely in a quiet neighbourhood and it felt like a home! We had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive. The beach was about a 25 minute walk and the harbour was about a 45 minute walk. However, you can get an uber or if you have rented a car everything is a 5 minute drive. The check in was super easy and due to flight times the hosts helped us with an early bag drop off/check in which was super helpful! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a home away from home in a quiet area close to the city. Thank you for letting us stay!
