We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

Emilio fue encantador desde el primer intante, nos envió la información necesaria por mensaje, nos facilitó el poder entrar antes en la casa y el poder salir más tarde si no lonecitabamos. En todo tiempo muy amable y encantador. La fina de los naranjos es más hermosa que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Toda la obra donde nos hospedamos es nueva, con buenos acabados y electrodomesticos de primera calidad. Exelente gusto para la decoración. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa es la cereza del pastel. Y por si fuese poco, nos ofrecieron comer toda la naranja que pudieramos comer, hay que decirlo, una naranja de primerísima calidad. Sin duda reperiré, salimos muy muy satisfechos con todo. We hadden een geweldige tijd in de woning van Alexandra! De communicatie verliep heel vlot en uiterst vriendelijk, wat altijd heel aangenaam is mocht je toch nog vragen hebben. De woning is helemaal vernieuwd, en heel mooi ingericht. De ligging is ideaal, op wandelafstand van metro- en busstation om de stad in te trekken en op wandelafstand van de haven/strand. Het was zalig vertoeven op het dakterras, met mooie zuiderse planten. We verbleven er tijdens de "santa semana", en konden deze unieke processies van heel dichtbij in de straten van de buurt meemaken. Valencia heeft ons hart gestolen, mochten we nog een keer terugkomen met onze groep, dan logeren we zeker en vast weer in het huis van Alexandra.

Eugénia est très accueillante, il nous a permis d'accéder au logement avant l'heure du check in. l'appartement est très bien équipé et joliment décoré et le quartier est paisible avec plein de bon restaurant et la plage tout est accessible à pieds. place de stationnement gratuite dans la rue où les petites rue avoisinantes. séjour très agréable. merci pour tout

L’appartamento di Carmen è spazioso ed accogliente! L’arredamento delizioso rende l’ambiente caldo e ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. Il piccolo giardino interno inoltre è stato perfetto con i bambini. La posizione ottima a metà tra il centro e la città della scienza ci ha permesso di raggiungere le nostre mete facilmente. Carmen un host gentilissima e premurosa ,non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Valencia città incantevole.

Wat een geweldig huis met zwembad, in oktober wel iets aan de koude kant :-). We waren er met 8 personen en daar is genoeg ruimte voor. Ruime kamers en netjes ingericht. Op 10 min rijden van het plaatsje Vilamarxant, waar een winkel en een bakker is. De bakker heeft heerlijk brood, maar daar moet je wel vroeg voor zijn anders is het op. Supermarkt heeft ook prima brood. Valencia op een half uur rijden is goed te doen, je zit zo op de snelweg. Daniel communiceert prettig, reageert snel en adequaat. De beheerder Fernando is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk en reageert ook snel via de app. Is ook snel ter plekke mocht dat nodig zijn.

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Geweldige locatie in het oude centrum. Autoluw. Heel groot en super rustig. Centraal gelegen. Alles op paar min loopafstand (supermarkt, bakker, bezienswaardigheden). We hadden door de stroomstoring in Spanje problemen, maar deze werden direct en met service opgelost. Fietsverhuur en fietstour Virgin op paar minuten lopen. Een aanrader.

Io e i miei amici abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento di Roman per 4 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è pulita, moderna ed accessoriata. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo ben collegato al centro. Roman è gentilissimo e super disponibile!!

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Beautiful apartment in the City of Arts and Science! Sergio’s apartment was great for us. We were 2 families (each one with one child) and it fitted us perfectly. It is close to the Oceanografic, Science Museum & Hemisfèric. You cand run or have a walk in the The Jardín del Turia which is right across the street. Sergio gave us detailed info regarding restaurants, bars, museums and other attractions from the city. And last but not the least: The amazing view you have from the balcony. It is breathtaking! I highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were so helpful and quick to reply and the place was so nice, bigger than expected and the hosts were kind enough to leave milk, juice and muffins which was a really nice touch. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

Paul was a fantastic host. He was responsive to any and all enquiries, and helped to accommodate my party with flexible check in. As well as this, they provided many recommendations for local supermarkets, parking, restaurants and anything else you could need- a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend.

Excellent hosts. Allowed us to drop off our luggage early which was super helpful and not always an option with other hosts. Recommended a great restaurant and area to check out during the day. The actual apartment itself is in great location and has an awesome rooftop to spend time on. Highly recommend!

Very good contact with Rafal. The apartment was clean in a quiet area. A beautiful view of the sea, a long promenade for walking, the proximity of the sea and the possibility of eating meals on the balcony are the great advantages of this place. I highly recommend!

La estancia en el apartamento de Carla fue satisfactoria. La llegada fue fluida y el padre de Carla nos explicó todo con claridad. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo. Durante el día la zona es tranquila, aunque por la tarde-noche hay música procedente del camping frente al apartamento. La comunicación con Carla fue adecuada y siempre respondió con rapidez. Agradecimos sus recomendaciones de restaurantes. No echamos nada en falta durante la estancia.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

Logement complet (les fournitures en cuisine et salle de bains sont un exemple du genre) très propre avec la plage et les commerces accessibles en quelques minutes tout en ayant un accès direct à la route de Valence sans oublier les transports en commun Nous recommandons fortement.

We have just had a wonderful few days in this beautiful apartment. It was better than we expected , absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The beach was amazing and local restaurant very good and only two mins walk . Thank you for all the information it was extremely helpful . We would highly recommend. Thank you .

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par son cousin qui habite à côté, malgré la barrière de la langue, il as tout fait pour bien nous accueillir. Très bon échange avec la propriétaire qui est très réactive.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
