This is not my first time at one of Eugene’s homes. It is always a comfortable and pleasing experience. As always, Eugene was very helpful. He was very accommodating to my request for a late check out due to having an important zoom session at the last minute. I look forward to my next stay!

Lovely place very close to Cary Street shops and restaurants. Cool upstairs historic apartment with nice updates and amenities. The street noise was a bit loud at night, but that’s expected with such a happening location! Mitchell was responsive to the question I had about check in. Overall, a great experience!

The location was perfect I was able to walk to Virginia Union. The amenities matched the photos exactly. The host provided great information during my stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

El apto estaba bien ubicado, cerca de VCU donde necesitabamos estar. Estacionamiento privado y seguro. Fácil acceso a la propiedad. La Host contestaba rápido a nuestras consultas y colaboraba amablemente cuando lo requerimos.

Eugene was awesome, and the place was gorgeous. Super safe with secured garage parking, and very new and modern looking. The building felt very safe. And the decor was just right, with elegance and simplicity. Bed was very comfortable and the whole place was welcoming. Close to walking trails and historic sites.

Basement setup was nice. Activities ie pool table and big tv was enjoyable.

Erynn, Andrew and Vino are the best family i have ever come across Air BnB. Their treatment to us was over the top. Details, warmth welcoming and care. I honestly felt true family love. So much i invited them whenever they want to come visit us in Dominican Republic. Their home and themselves are over the top. True family.

I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs. Some have been ultra luxe, some have been bare minimum types where I couldn't wait to check out. Others, like Jennifer's, feel like my own house. This place is just so comfortable. It reminds me of what AirBnb is supposed to be: people opening up their homes for others so that a stay away from home still feels like home. My family and I loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to get to and my kids loved the pets, which were easy to care for. It was nice to have exercise equipment available and the fenced backyard and trampoline and playground were a big plus for my kids. Jennifer was a flexible host who made sure I had all the info available to me that I needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

House was better than expected. Only had one hiccup and the host responded right away and got it fixed. We needed a place to stay the night before a track meet for our littles so me and some moms booked this beautiful home. Our kids got to play, the parents got to chat and relax. I loved the desk in the master it was perfect for me to catch up on some work

Just a super place hosted by even better people! Gretchen is outstanding! I will definitely be staying with Gretchen when I'm in the Richmond area!

Excellent place that we would definitely be interested in staying at again when visiting Richmond. Was noticeably bigger than pictured, so room was not an issue. A great find!!!

First off I just want to say the design of the house was really nice! But the details of EVERYTHING inside was immaculate. From the art to the LED lights and pop of color in each room! The main bedroom bathroom OMG‼️ Fire!!!! A beautiful soaking tub with a separate wall in shower for 2! We felt safe at all times! DeSean was responsive as well when I asked questions or needed anything. Our favorite was the loft area for sure. I work from home so it was nice working upstairs and watching my shows and chatting with my sisters. Also there were plenty of snacks and things in the fridge for us which was definitely an added addition! Overall it was a beautiful home & the train came by but the kids loved it and it wasn’t bad at all it’s actually a nice added addition to the home.
