This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

The MPEC Event Center and the downtown area is only a short 10 minute drive away. Whatever brings you to town, we are close enough to it all.

Come stay in a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath modern farmhouse cottage in the pumpjack capital of Texas! Conveniently located across the street from Electra City Park! Perfect for stargazing! Electra, TX is a quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. Bathroom has a tub/ shower and is set up for all your needs. This Rustic Ranch is in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown, Sheppard Air Force. A tranquil getaway

Hampstead Suite (across from MSUTexas)

This private suite is for the solo traveler or professional. This property has large pollinator and native plant gardens that nature lovers will enjoy. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access. One guest only at all times, please do not send inquiries or reservations for more. Be sure to read and follow the house rules for all policies.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

Located in the center of shopping and restaurants. The complex has a fitness center, business center, and small dog park.

The Prairie Poolhouse, a perfect 2 bedroom oasis.

The Prairie Poolhouse is a modern oasis that sits on 2 acres. The home was built in 2020 and features high ceilings, beautiful natural light and all the amenities of home. Each room features original art from regional artists and the salt water pool offers a reprieve from the heat of the North Texas sun.
