I traveled with my wife, kids (3 & 7), parents and parents in-law. We travelled from Puerto Rico (80°F+ all year long) to Rebecca's house during the last week of December. We loved the house, bathrooms were very clean, as well as the entire house. It is a perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family. The frozen lake was beautiful as well as the surroundings. Location was very reasonable in terms of getting to cross the border to Canada and also to get to Burlington, Stowe and other beautiful places. Thank you Rebecca!

We had a great time in a fabulous spot. Best weekend of my summer this year. We saw river otters and a Cormorant while sitting on the deck in the back yard. This cottage is gem in a paradisiac environment.

Lovely space, we were 3 sibblings with our families - room for everyone to hang out and spread out. We appreciated the great kitchen and comfy furniture. Beds were comfortable and we were able to have our dogs as well.

Our three-night stay exceeded all of our expectations. For nature lovers such as ourselves, the tranquil, beautiful setting was ideal. We saw various birds right from the cottage, and numerous others in the nearby reserve. The sunsets and morning light inspired us to paint, draw and photograph, to capture a record of this beautiful place. William is a splendid host. He provided us with historical information about the area and his family’s role in settling and living in it. He is a generous and compassionate man, and inspirational in his devotion to the land and its history. A million thanks, William!

Mariana was wonderful. She lent us slippers since it was cold outside. She left a lot of provisions for our use so we did not need to buy olive oil, etc. She left clear directions for check out and garbage disposal. The house was very clean and the views from her property were amazing. We had a wonderful time and saw some amazing fossils from the Chazy reef.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of six. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning, and the large lawn was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We hope to return in the future!

Florenc's chalét was impecable than we thought it would be. Everything we needed was well organazed and equipped. She was always responsive when I needed her. The chalet gives so much warm vibe and is full enough to have aestherical inspiration with ineffable beauty of the nature surrouded. One thing it was a little shame for us was we wish we visited in other seasons because we could not use fire wood and couch outside of the balcony. Nevertheless, we were happy enough to have relished winter season per sé. No doubt that we will visit here again and we could not recomment it enough.

Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and appliances. Plenty of breakfast food left in the fridge. Location perfect for buses, and a 10 minute walk to the river.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is nestled in the heart of the old town, full of charm and history, yet it offers all the modern comforts one could ask for. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful—making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The apartment itself is warm, cozy, and tastefully decorated with elegant touches that reflect its historic surroundings. It has real character, with beautiful details that make it feel both unique and romantic. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and perfect for a girls’ getaway. The location was fantastic—right across the street from the river! Renting bikes was quick and easy, and my friend and I had a great time riding to the market. If you prefer to stay close, there are charming coffee shops and delicious restaurants just a short walk away. Everything was convenient, friendly, and added to a relaxing and fun trip. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Yannick’s, and will definitely be back. The place has absolutely everything you need, is close to town, and absolutely as described. We had a great time!

Perfect location if your planning on boating and fishing short drive to town and boat ramp plenty of room for your boat and truck and outside outlet for charging

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement d’Amy. Il est bien situé à 12min à pied de la station Monk. L’appartement est spacieux. Top pour 5 !

Très belle expérience, à refaire! C’était très intime et l’hôte a été excellent. De plus, le logement et les environs sont magnifiques

Had a wonderful stay - very peaceful surroundings. Fantastic decks to sit and enjoy looking out over the water. Dennis was a wonderful host - responded promptly to any of our questions. Clear instructions for check in and check out. Will come back again when in the area.

Carlo's place was perfect for us. Off-street parking, well furnished, comfortable beds and nice big TV to relax with after the day. It was nice to have a cup of coffee on the swing chairs in the back yard watching the ducks swim by on the water. We ended up needing the extra room for one night during our stay and Carlo made it happen for us. Location is also great - easy to get onto the 20, get to Ste. Anne's and shopping, and right near Smoked Meat Pete's... which is also AMAZING. Thanks for letting us stay Carlo - we will be back!

Super beau week-end dans ce magnifique chalet, tout était parfait selon-moi. La vue, le foyer, le bel espace ouvert. Place paisible, propre et les hôtes ont étés super gentils avec nous. Je recommande et j’y retournerai certainement avec ma petite famille! Merci encore.

This was a wonderful place/spot. Very peaceful and private spot. The home was amazing, comfy and clean! Would recommend this spot to anybody looking for a nice relaxing getaway from all the chaos who enjoys a nice view of a lake and may also enjoy fishing, kayaking, etc. I’m hoping this place is available the next time I return. Also the host was extremely responsive and very nice.

Site calme et confortable. Très beau paysage. Accès au lac. On s'est bien reposé et on a pu être avec notre famille en ayant toutes les commodités requise. Dave est très sympathique, il répond très rapidement et est arrivé dans les 15 minutes quand un a demandé quelque chose.

My partner and our friend had a lovely time staying at this adorable little cabin down the lane from the shores of Lake Champlain. It was quiet and peaceful, and the house was spotless. Honestly, we spent most of our time in the amazing soaking tub! That was one of the best features of the spot. Steven was a wonderful host who answered questions promptly and gave clear directions, as well as great recommendations for local restaurants and areas. We really enjoyed St. Albans! A lot of the restaurants in the area close on the early side, so we really enjoyed utilizing the kitchen. The nature around the area was really cool to behold and made for great photography! The turkey vultures were mating and there must have been a pack of at least soaring over the shores of the lake. So cool! Our dog Wilma had a wonderful time on her first doggie vacation and she says she would stay again. :) Thanks for a great stay, Steven!
