This property is a literal slice of heaven. It's so peaceful and magical and feels worlds away when only being a few minutes to town. The house was one of the most comfortable airbnbs we have stayed in – and we have stayed in many! Our whole family enjoyed it. Great for adults, kids and lots of room for your dog run and explore. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was perfect for our family—spacious, cozy, and well thought out. The hot tub was definitely a highlight. It was so peaceful to soak in while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We ended every evening out there and it made the trip feel like a treat. The backyard was another favorite—, with plenty of room for the kids to explore and play while the adults relaxed. The setting felt so peaceful, with lovely touches that made it feel special. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a space that’s both fun and relaxing for families. We’d absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway with all the comforts of home.

Charming and cozy cabin in a picturesque setting—Deborah’s place is a skiers’ heaven. Prime location to access various resorts, wood burning fire place, and a relaxing hot tub to cap the day. Deborah is a top notch host who is responsive, helpful, and takes the ownership to make sure everything is right. We had a great time staying at her cabin and will book again if we are in the area.

We spent two great nights in your beautiful house with our group. Even though we had 17 people, we had plenty of space. We enjoyed the serenity of nature around it with cozy swings. Thank you for a lot of blankets, great towels, relaxing jacuzzi. Even though it was raining that weekend, we had a great time thanks to your wonderful care. The kitchen was super stocked with plenty of utensils to use. The bathroom had plenty of condiments and very well stacked as well. Overall, your cozy place provided all of us the comfort we needed. Thank you for a great stay surrounded by nature.

Had the most amazing stay with my pups to get away from the city. They got to run around and be free while we enjoyed the hot tub. The aesthetics of the place were 10/10. Used the wood burning stove religiously as it was a bit chilly, which made the stay so cozy. Grass valley is a really really cute town too. The perfect private quiet getaway.

Kalery’s place is super unique with the cabin / yurt combo! The place feels secluded but is a short drive from Grass Valley & Nevada City where there are a ton of restaurants and fun bars. We loved relaxing on the back patio listening to the nearby creek and spending time in the hot tub. The place was super cozy /clean and we had all the info we needed for a seamless stay. Would def visit again!

We had an amazing stay! The home was modern, spotless, and perfectly designed for a comfortable getaway. The surrounding forest was absolutely beautiful and gave the whole place a peaceful, secluded feel. We also loved the fun amenities like the net and basketball court— really fun for kids. Would definitely stay here again!

This stay exceeded our expectations. Spent our Christmas here and left before our pop Christmas tree arrived in the mail. Thankfully, there was a Christmas tree along with other Christmas decorations already up, all throughout the house and outside. It made our holiday special. Also, the only kitchen we’ve seen fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils to make homemade meals. Thank you Brad for the attention to detail. There was absolutely nothing we needed during our stay. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

It has been hard to hike as our dogs and are getting older and we have a toddler. We wanted a place we could let both the dogs and our baby wonder around in nature that feels like hiking without dragging them to a trail. This place was perfect for old dogs and young kids.

A lot of attention to detail was what I noticed. When I arrived, everything I needed and wanted was right there, even things that are important like a super comfortable bed, with high-quality linens. The place was adorable, spacious and relaxing. Perfect for what I needed, I’ll definitely be back again.

The yard was the real gem for us— hours of outdoor play right outside the door. We arrived to fresh snow and got more! It is as magical as it gets for beauty and fun playing outdoors. Inside the cabin, the kitchen is clean and spacious so’s easy to cook in. The collection of dvds was fun for parents and kids to relax. This is a perfect quiet getaway retreat! We will repeat!

The cabin was a great place to getaway. It is located in a neighborhood but the property is so large it feels like you have the woods to yourself. The cabin was cozy and had everything needed for my stay to be comfortable. The bed and linens, were amazing. My dog loved running the large fenced yard. It was a quick drive to the local hiking trails and downtown. I would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful experience.

This was our second time staying with Valerie and Ken and we absolutely loved it. They are accommodating host and very helpful. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. It’s a home away from home.

What a charming and cozy little cabin! I came here for a personal retreat in November. The cabin was built in 1917, but has been updated and has all the necessary modern conveniences including WiFi. Clio is a small town on the edge of the Feather River, so often frequented by wildlife. I saw deer, quail and wild turkeys wandering by the windows. The River is only 3 blocks away and one night I saw the most gorgeous sunset there. The neighborhood is very quiet and located near lots of great hiking. I hiked to Grass and Madora Lakes, both beautiful and still showing some fall color. The nights and mornings were chilly so I build fires in the little wood stove and it kept me very toasty! Cami and Lori welcomed me with a couple of nice 1/2 bottles of wine and a sweet card, left some chocolates in the bedroom. Nice touches. Everything was thoughtfully and simply deocrated and organized. I look forward to my next retreat!

a unique little cabin, out in nature. clean and cozy! short drive from town. great view of the property from the balcony. the host was very nice and responded to us promptly and courteously. we got frequent visits from the very sassy cat. very comfortable and far enough from the beautiful, historic small town to feel like we where in nature but close enough to enjoy what the community had to offer with a short drive. we will absolutely use this space whenever we are in the area! highly recommended!

Ariyele's place is quite special! You can tell they've put a lot of thought and care into making this place comfortable and inviting. The bed was far and away the most comfortable Airbnb/hotel bed we've ever slept in, and the surroundings are just gorgeous!! The value of this place can't be beat.

My family enjoyed a beautiful and peaceful 4 nights here. The home was clean and stocked with all of the basic necessities. The lake was walking distance and we took all of our things over in the wagon. My two dogs had fun sniffing around the property and discovering all of the tennis balls left by previous furry friends. Had some deer visitors on one of the evenings. Overall a lovely stay!!

A beautiful spot in the middle of the forest. FULL privacy. The cabin had everything you needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped. The fridge had some extra food and condiments we were able to use. The fire place was super easy to use and kept us warm and cozy. The patio was a great spot to hang out in the sun with a great view. The hot water and bath tub were a really nice plus. The wifi connection was very good. Really can't find any complaints about the place! highly recommended. On top of it being a great stay, Brad is a wonderful and super helpful host. Our car battery lost all its juice and so he was kind enough to come out and help us jump start it.
