Amazing place, amazing hosts. Been staying at Merrijig for many years and this is one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. Kind hosts with complementary food and drinks that were left for us at check-in. Very strongly recommend.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Fiona & Lar’s Merlewood. Our accommodation was spotless, & very cosy. The roomy cottage was surrounded by beautiful peaceful Australian countryside. Bed was incredibly comfortable and large. Nights were spent cooking a meal, followed by a spa one night, and movie. Mornings were enjoyed taking in the beautiful sun filled view from every room after opening the blinds. Followed by a walk up the back hill, a sit on the deck, a sight seeing by car to Alexandra for lunch at the large cafe there, and enjoyed hiring a kayak at Jerusalem Creek to paddle around Eildon weir. Another day we drove to Yarck and purchased some essential oiled natural skin products at DINDI. There was also Op shop visits in Alexandra & Yea where we found a couple of bargains. This is the perfect place for a couple to unwind, & take in the scenery & tranquility, and use as a base to explore the region. Thanks Fiona & Lars making this lovely stay possible.

The house was really cozy and we had plenty of of room for everyone. The property was beautiful great for a break from the city to connect with nature. The host was great and they accomodated for changes on the amount of people. Overall great experience

Thanks for having us! We had such a wonderful time! The place is well-furnished, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Our toddler had an amazing time exploring the farm, interacting with the animals, picking fresh strawberries and veg, and enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast. It was such a lovely getaway and farm experience for our family including our dog. :) We would highly recommend!

Beautiful location that we and our dog loved. So peaceful and relaxing - the perfect way to escape the city for a couple of days. And the cottage itself was super cute but had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Peak 202 over Easter for a family wedding—John was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect. Just steps from the village and Chamois ski run, the location couldn’t be better. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning, and the space was warm, welcoming, and well-equipped. Our family felt completely at home with three spacious bedrooms, a spa bath, drying room, full laundry, and a great kitchen with everything from a Nespresso machine to a dishwasher. The gas fireplace, Smart TVs, free WiFi, and heated balcony with BBQ made it extra cozy and convenient. Keyless entry and thoughtful extras like games and a secure parking space really stood out. Everything was spotless, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind. Thanks, John, for a memorable and seamless stay—we’ll definitely return to Peak 202!

They had a pool, fire, beautiful huts. Bbq, food made freshly brought to you, a whole menu to look at. Very understanding nice. Honestly felt like I traveled somewhere far away. Was such a relaxing beautiful experience. Extremely grateful for the hosts and how they made sure we had the best time ever. Will definitely be coming back!

The generous welcome pack went above and beyond expectations, we felt like we were visiting a dear friend rather than staying at a rental. Kylie & team are incredibly kind & attentive, ensuring that every guest, adult or child, feels cared for. Their thoughtfulness made our stay deeply meaningful. We left with full hearts & will surely return.

My partner and I stayed at Melinda's place for a wedding in Mansfield, and her place was the perfect place for us. It was so cosy, warm and beautifully decorated. Melinda was easy to communicate with, and she even had the heater on for us before we got there as well as a lovely handwritten note and food in the fridge. Such a lovely stay and we felt right at home.

How’s the serenity? Says it all. Not only an Aussie icon movie, the house lives up to it. The Doon has been a favourite destination for decades and the Castle has been a part of it. The lake is always spectacular whether it be sunrise or sunset, on a wooden deck, with a beer, some music. Absolute perfection !! The Doon Hotel will always be a favourite!! Thank you. Suffer in your jocks! We’ll be back!!

My friends and I had a great stay at Sarah’s place. The house is massive and comfortably fits a large group. The views were lovely and Sarah was great to communicate with.

Judith and Paul’s cottage was perfect for our stay in Healesville with our 15 month old son. The property was clean, tidy and had lots of amenities that were important to us as a young family, such as outlet covers, children’s toys, books and tableware. The back deck and gardens were stunning and provided a perfect spot to unwind. In terms of location the cottage is a short 6 minute drive to the Healesville sanctuary, and a short drive into town where there are lots of shops, cafes and parks. We can see why this property would be ideal if you have a dog! We will be recommending the property to our friends who like to travel with their pets.

We had an amazing time at Mitch's beautiful property, the house is spacious, clean and quiet at night, beds are so comfy and everything is clean and spotless, Mitch is very friendly and very prompt at responding requests. Great stay! This was a beautiful space to get ready before a wedding in the valley. Not only was there ample space for our group, there were many interesting places to take photos and enjoy each others company. Stacey was extremely responsive to all of our messages, and the stay was seamless. They also gave us a great local coffee recommendation.

Wonderful cosy little private cabin for family of four with enough amenities to cook. Will definitely stay here again when we're headed to Mt. Buller.

Our stay was blissful! Incredible place, fantastic views and hosts everything you need - even complementary breakfast hamper! Love the location. Narelle was incredibly easy to contact and responded quickly, making the booking process seamless. The house itself was amazing spacious, clean, and well equipped. The highlight was definitely the beautiful farm setting, with cows and chickens roaming freely. Sitting at the dining table while watching the cows walk past was such a peaceful and unique experience. The rooms and bathroom were generously sized, offering plenty of comfort, and the pool was a fantastic addition for relaxation.
