beautiful home. Very nostalgic for the Adirondacks! we went up for an ice fishing trip with the kids and some friends. great little town and beautiful backdrop of the mountains on the lake. We will definitely be back again!

This Airbnb was set up perfectly for the group I traveled with. We had plenty of space to spread out, comfy beds, and a great kitchen. The hot tub was an awesome bonus - shout-out to Airbnb manager Ashley for going out of her way to get it set up for us. We were ski racing at West Mountain and the home was conveniently located to the mountain. Would highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay so peaceful and relaxing!

Very nice place, convenient location and nice amenities. There were ants coming through the back of the house and there weren’t any cleaning supplies (i.e. brooms) but it was a great place nonetheless.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had! Everything was perfect and pictures do not do this place justice. We own a camp down the road that is on the lake and we were there to work on it - we stayed at the riverbend while we were there (no heat or water at our camp yet). I did not except to fall in love with this spot so much- but it was simply one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I have ever stayed - I actually prefer it to being on the lake!

Awesome host! No wonder they are considered a super-host. Such a wonderful cabin with plenty to do, especially if your plans are contingent on the weather. We got rained out so our excursions were limited but we loved all the chalet had to offer. Thank you so much Uzma!

Perfect place for quiet family time! Plenty of room and spacious. The hot tub was great. There's a fire pit and swing (we didn't utilize due to weather raining and snowing off and on)...but great option for nice quiet days and nights! Great family room that is roomy and cozy with a fireplace. Highly recommend for some well needed family time!

Todd was an excellent host. He was clear and informative about check in/out and the cabin amenities. We had a great time staying at Todd’s place. It was very cute and quite comfortable. The area was close to the main area in Lake George and also peaceful and pretty. I would be happy to stay here again. Thanks, Todd! :)

A really awesome place, ideal for relaxing and get energized without external distractions ! Limited network depending on your carrier, which was exactly what we were looking for! A bit chilly in mid October - as advertised - but Pam made everything to make sure we were comfortable ! I am pretty sure I will come back! Lots to do in terms of hiking, and activities in the cities nearby

This was our 5th visit. That should tell you something good. Dogs are welcome and had fun! Very private. Very comfortable

We stayed in Janelle’s cabin four nights & found her cabin well appointed & very clean! There were quick responses to the few questions we had. Decor was welcoming & so well thought out for the Adirondack feel. The cabin is so quiet. We both have trouble w sleeping away from home, but not here, as it was peaceful & the bed was so comfy. The kitchen was great. We used it a lot as we ate all our meals there. Warrensburg was a close drive to get all our essentials. Janelle's kitchen is well set up. The sitting rm furniture was comfortable, & we found the "unplugging" we needed w/o cable TV in the cabin. There was quick hot water in the kitchen & the bath w fluffy towels. The cabin= plenty warm. Lovely, serene property outside the windows w white birches & other trees to relax w your coffee. Wifi worked great. My Husband was able to snowboard at Gore Mountain 20-25 min away. Well maintained roads in the area. Local folks friendly. Great stay-- would love to come again! Thx Janelle!

The cottage and property was well maintained. You definitely feel like you’re staying at a person’s home. The books, games, open floor plan, soaking tub, all make you feel cozy and if your staying at a friends cabin without the guilt of being an intrusive guest. The bugs deterred us from being outside at night, but that is to be expected with the view. The kayaks were easy to use and not far from a sandy shore and lake. We stuck to the middle tiny island and floated. It is not deep. The private beaches are not necessary but there is a small area near the painted frog rock where you can place your kayak if you are alone and want to swim. I was told by the renter’s it was fine but you want to ask because I don’t know if it’s technically private shoreline. Sitting in the living room playing trivia and hiking Auger Falls was our family’s highlight and bringing our dog made him so happy. He is still tired! It was the perfect combination of rustic charm with excellent amenities.

Ashley’s Grizzly Bear Lodge was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious, three bedrooms plus a loft, and a large living room. Super easy to check in and Ashley was easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. Right down the road from the beach at lake George. She even left a full smores kit for us! Great host. Great listing. We will certainly book this lodge again for our next Lake George trip!

This was my 2nd time staying here and it was just as great! This time it was during the winter when I really needed to rely on the woodstove for heat. That stove gets cranking after a good layer of hot coals are established. I have to say, though, the only thing I would love to see is a damper/flue on the stove. Without those them it causes a lot of smoke to come out into the cabin when adding wood/tending to the fire. I feel it would help control the level of heat and smoke that much better. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I can’t wait for my 3rd stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Michelle and John’s house. It was a great space for all of us with opportunities to play pool, darts and fuse ball. The gathering spaces were large enough and open so that everyone could be involved in conversations as we cooked, relaxed and ate. It was very cozy with the wood burning stove and many places to sit and relax. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Michelle and John were very responsive to any questions we had and left very detailed instructions for our stay. It was very quiet and private, but also close to many things if you want to venture out.

Beautiful location, Matthew was very helpful and responsive, we had a fantastic weekend.

Absolutely perfect. Don't pass up the opportunity to stay at this cabin! She describes it well, beautiful view, private, stunning view. Towpath landing is so cool and Christine has a vision. I was a victim of Hurricane Helene, Christine had such a heard and genuinely cared for me, giving me a place to stay and heal, recover. Highly recommend staying here, supporting the property and it's heart. Not like other places in all the best ways. You'll feel at home, cozy, welcome, relaxed the whole time. The sun room was just the best for sipping coffee and watched leaves fall. Thanks so much for an incredible stay! Can't wait to come back and tell others to visit!

So much to say about this place but in short, it was an amazing stay. The cabin was nestled in the back part of the property right in front of the pond and was absolutely beautiful. Peaceful, very well kept property, and everything was working as it should. Wish we were able to spend more time here! Also, Toy Story 2 on the vhs was a huge win!

Brians cabin was perfect and just what we were looking for. Peaceful, private, and secluded we left ample time to explore the property. We hiked the wood trails, explored the ponds, laid out in the sun and watched the stars at night. We saw tons of deer (they like to bed down after the morning just behind the lower pond), turkeys, rabbits, beavers, hawks, owls and even heard a pack of coyotes yapping in the distance. Brian was super friendly and responsive, the cabin was clean, cozy and so cool. Can't wait to come back!

This place was perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. On the chilly fall weekend the wood stove and sauna were much enjoyed. We hope to return!

Cute cabin, clean. It was great that firewood was supplied on site so we could have a little camp fire. We had a nice weekend away.

My husband, myself and pup absolutely loved our stay. It was incredibly peaceful with beautiful surroundings. It was as expected from the listing and the other reviews! But no one in the reviews mentioned certain things so I will just to help others if considering staying here (definitely stay here). Firstly if you aren’t planning on grilling all your meals I highly recommend bringing a single or double burner cooktop (like a Coleman or Eureka) and don’t forget your pots and pans (we assumed there would be at least one and there wasn’t and a round trip to purchase said pan was an hour so learn from us!). Secondly don’t forget a flashlight in case the outdoor solar lights aren’t working (they only turned on for about an hour our first night and not at all the second) and it’s very dark at night so you’ll need something when going to the outhouse. There is one provided but if there are two of you then bring one. Finally, if you cook a lot you make a lot of dishes so bring extra water!

Alexandra’s place was awesome. The cabin was immaculate and very cozy. If you want to get away, then this is the place to go!! Alexandra was very helpful as well. Winter or Summer, this is the place you need to go!
