Makayla’s place is gorgeous and she’s a wonderful host. The place could have had less (cute) decorations for those traveling with young kids. We hid most of them but missed one or two that eventually became casualties of the 3 year old. But Makayla handled it with grace. And was so kind in her exchanges going so far as to mail back the toddler’s favorite PJs and stuffy.

Very comfortable, woodwork and furniture were excellent.

Bob contacted me the day before and was great to communicate with. We even left something behind and he was gratuitous enough to send it to us. Great hosts !!!

We had a great long-weekend stay with our toddler and small dog. The house is in a cute neighborhood that's walkable to the restaurants/shops in downtown Harbor Springs. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The toys in the living room were a nice surprise and helpful to keeping our toddler entertained as we unloaded the car. Very clean and nicely updated/decorated. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we came back to Harbor Springs.

We chose this place because of the central location to bigger towns. It is pet friendly which made us very happy. The house is immaculate! All your basic needs as far as kitchen, and bathroom were provided. Set up is perfect for one or two couples, or a small family. It is a little close to the road and at the end of the community it is in, so the noise of vehicles speeding up to leave the area was noticeable. The yard in the back is big enough for your pets to roam. The small gazebo and fire pit are great! Unfortunately our weather didn't permit us to use it but definitely would have if we could. Deb was absolutely fantastic about communicating and answering all questions. Check in was so easy and we enjoyed our time here very much! I would recommend this 10/10!!

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

All the amenities you could want--kitchen had everything you would need. Lots of family games, toys and books for children. Every room was cozy and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend Melissa as a hostess!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The large backyard deck and fire pit were enjoyed daily. We appreciated the extensive binder of recommendations and instructions. The kids loved the playroom and art station in the basement. We will definitely stay again!

Was one of the best air bnb stays I’ve had. Beautiful location and views. Peaceful and comfortable. The space was very inspiring and I’m so glad we booked this place. Seeing the sunrise from the master bedroom was my favorite!

We had a lovely stay at Creekside Cottage. Helena was very responsive and friendly. The place was super clean and included many things that are often missing at other rentals like cozy blankets, extra bedding, towels and tissues. Great, near-town location in a super peaceful setting. The kids had a blast exploring the yard and playing in the creek. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed here for wedding/birthday get away This place was great, super nice house tucked away in the woods walkable from town, Virginia leaves you with all sorts of recommendations to try places to check out and options for everyone. She was super easy to work with and super responsive, we needed to reach her for one minor thing at about 8:30 pm and she responded within 5 minutes and helped with exactly what we need. Definitely recommend!

We rented two units for our families during our wedding weekend. The rooftop was excellent for photos. The units are in a great location and makes it fun and easy to walk into town.

Lake Escape is a beautiful home on very peaceful wooded property. Everything was fresh and clean with all the amenities anyone could need. Very quiet location but still close enough to stores and restaurants for that convenience. Appreciated the host's hospitality too. Very thoughtful in providing some of the little things you might forget on a trip. The property was just as described and helped make our trip to Charlevoix a very enjoyable one.

this was a wonderful place to stay, in an idyllic quiet part of town, it was the perfect place for a girls weekend! highly recommend!

Lovey home. Beautiful location. Very clean. Amply stocked. Great communication. For those who have problems with many stairs…. This is NOT a good fit. There are twenty steps each time you enter or leave the home. Outside there are more stairs to move to the lower level.

I've stayed at lots of places like Cindy's, but her friendliness, decor of the house and toys for the children put this place over the top. We will be back!!! Gorgeous views and lots of room on the wrap around deck. The grills were in excellent shape. Also the outdoor fire pit with the stone surround and path is very cool.

The location was great! We were able to walk a lot and we saw a freighter.

Our stay was great. The location made the house even better. We were within walking distant to the shops and restaurants of Downtown Charlevoix. The house was clean and decorated very nicely, with everything that we needed. Including laundry detergent, cooking untensils, and other things that you would not even think about needing. I reccomend staying here on your next trip to Charlevoix.

The cabin is so cute, very clean, and very cozy. Everything is accurately described. The location is picturesque. Sam is a fantastic host! She provided so many helpful recommendations and special touches, making us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!
