Pristine villa - well located but secluded, private and secure. Very scenic - even better than the photos. Lovely balcony and courtyard with BBQ. Pool was the highlight. All in all a lovely place for a family holiday.

I have been so lucky to be able to stay at this property that I do not know how to start my review!!!! The communication was fast, helpful and friendly. The property is beyond words.......it is amazing. The photos do not do it justice as it is just spectacular and it took my breath away. It is a relaxing and peaceful home that offers everything you could want and more. We were met on arrival and the whole place took my breath away. The home is clean, well looked after and obviously loved and has everything you need plus extra special touches. The gardens are beautiful and perfectly kept. The swimming pool is clean and a wonderful place to relax. The BBQ areas are well kept and thought out and so lovely to be around in the evenings. We had the whole property and my words to describe that are WOW! There were 3 of us and a dog. It is perfect for pets. Thank you for making our family holiday so perfect.

We spent a wonderful holiday with our parents and daughter in Belas Villa. Our flight was delayed but it wasn’t a problem as Bela gave us all the information we needed and we got access to the villa by key safe. The property has a wonderful garden well decorated lots of plants and a big swimming pool just a perfect place to relax! The house was great as well fully equipped with everything you need! We cooked a lot of seafood we bought fresh on the market and there is a bbq where we cooked delicious lamb. The Algarve region is great anyway we were kite surfing, sightseeing, on the local markets, Sand City and the overwhelmed by the amazing coast. Did a lot of hiking and just find out it was a great holiday thank you Bela!

We had an amazing stay with my family at this beautiful home! The place was spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Jennifer was incredibly kind and responsive. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would love to come back again!

Idyllic setting, wonderful feel of space avd seclusion. Multiple terraces from which to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the beach and town surrounds. Loved this place.

Wir hatten zu sechst 10 sehr schöne Tage in Maikes Wohnung. Der Check in war super flexibel und einfach. Alles top sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Maike hatte sehr gute Tips für uns und die Gegend ist sehr schön. Der Strand ist Fuss läufig erreichbar und man ist nah am Meer. Obwohl wir sehr früh im Jahr da waren (Anfang April) war der Pool schon angenehm und auch das Wetter ist schon super. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!

What an amazing place in a very peaceful and quiet environment. The way I got welcomed by Maria was outstanding as she was so nice and friendly.

Logement a recommander sans hésiter. Dès notre arrivée, Mickaël était là pour nous accueillir. il est d'une grande sympathie. La maison quand a elle est impeccable,tout le rez de chaussée privatif avec piscine privée un locataire habite là haut a l'étage mais a son propre accès a l extérieur donc no panique,il est d'une discrétion que si vous le voyez une fois c'est bien . La piscine est plus grande que sur les photos donc vraiment intéressante avec barbecue et terrasse . Nous avons adoré le séjour chez Mickaël et nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Quand au chien mentionné sur plusieurs commentaires, oui les voisins ont des chiens ,ils sont derrière le mur côté barbecue dans des chenils mais la journée ils ne sont pas là...on entend les aboiements un peu le soir et la nuit mais c'est vraiment pas toute la nuit ou autres en tout cas ça ne peut pas gâcher je pense votre séjour sauf si un aboiement vous dérange. Maison vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Wir haben 10 Tage in dieser schönen und ruhigen, gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Der Checkin war flexibel über eine Schlüsselbox möglich. Auch ein early checkin/late checkout wurde uns unproblematisch angeboten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage und zu unserer Zeit war dort nicht viel los, somit sehr ruhig. Die Küche war mit allem notwendigen gut ausgestattet. In unter 10 Minuten war man mit dem Auto an tollen Stränden, wie Benagil, Praia Marinha oder Carvalho. Wir waren überwältigt von den Felsformationen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Pool für einige Tage saniert, was im Voraus nicht klar war. Jedoch verlief die Kommunikation mit Margarida zu jedem Zeitpunkt transparent und sehr freundlich. Proaktiv wurde sich sofort gekümmert und wir haben eine Erstattung erhalten. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung und die Umgebung sind toll und Margarida eine super Gastgeberin.

Wow! The moment we walked in, it took my breath away! The ample space, the decor, the view, that wood-burning fireplace! Balcony was much larger than I expected. My husband and I spent eight nights in the two bedroom and two bath and would highly recommend it to anyone. It was so comfortable and beautiful, and we didn't mind staying in it when the weather was not so good. The location was stunning, we enjoyed climbing the rocks and walking the boardwalk, both within steps of the resort. We did not use the heated pool because the air temperature was a little too cold for us. The bistro on the premises had good food and was convenient when we were tired. And plenty of other good restaurants and stores nearby. It's only a short walk to the chapel and to the town center. We spent a total of 18 nights in Albufeira and Carvoeiro and this by far was the best accommodation ever! Great housekeeping. Great value for money. Book it and take day trips to other Algarve locations. It's the best!

We were very impressed with Ricardo’s beautiful and clean home! It was very quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect for us- a short walk to the downtown and the beach and a short walk to the board walk and cliffs. We really appreciated all the helpful suggestions and recommendations Ricardo sent us regarding restaurants, activities, etc. The pictures are accurate and the home spacious. We will definitely stay here if in the area again. Thanks for everything!

Een zeer comfortabel, modern appartement. Komt zeker in onze top 3 te staan. Centrum en strand is op loopafstand. Een heerlijk 2 persoonsbed en voldoende schone handdoeken. Echt een topper. Ook fijn dat er verschillende grote supermarkten in de buurt zijn.

Très agréable, disponible et réactive, Laurie a toujours été présente en cas de besoin. Le logement est très joliment aménagé et très fonctionnel. Le roof top, une pure merveille pour profiter de la vue, du coucher de soleil au cours d’un apéro, d’un diner… Garage privé pour faciliter le stationnement dans une rue où toutes les places sont rapidement utilisées. Je recommande sans hésitation. Encore Merci Laurie pour ce séjour

Era lo que esperábamos, ya que al estar en el centro del Algarve, nos hemos podido mover en ambas direcciones y visitarlo casi todo.

Apparemment très accueillant, très bien équipé, grande pièce et balcon agréables. Chambres à l’arrière, ce qui favorise le calme pour dormir. Guide très utile, bien rédigé, disponible en plusieurs langues et sur une application, ce qui en facilite l’utilisation. Petit café à proximité où le café latté et les pastels de nata sont délicieux. L’appartement est situé à quelques pas des restaurants et de la plage, où se trouve un charmant vieux château. Les hôtes ont été prévenants, à l’écoute de nos questions et ils répondaient rapidement. Nous ne sommes restées que deux nuits, mais le secteur environnant en mérite beaucoup plus et l’appartement le permet facilement.

Everything was as good as expected

This is an awesome condo practically on beach and near 100’s of restaurants. Carveoiro is by far the cutest town on the Algarve. Also right on the Seven Valleys trail on beautiful cluffs.

There is nothing but praise and gratitude to Kathleen and Manuel for being such amazing hosts. The property exceeded expectations, and we found everything to be as described perfectly according to the description. We didn't have a car, but used uber/taxis to carvoeiro and local areas such as Estombar and Benagil. The local intermarche supermarket was only a 10 walk away, and I'd compare it to Asda in UK. Plenty of choice, easy to find what you need, but do not buy imported English goods unless absolutely necessary because they're extremely overpriced (just some helpful advice) Kathleen and Manuel have 2 dogs. Millie and Max. We absolutely fell in love with Millie especially 😍 please give her attention if you love dogs and Sat by the pool, she's so friendly and super intelligent. The attention to detail in everything about the property was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 9. We'd absolutely recommend this property and hosts to anyone.

I had a really relaxing couple of days here. I was given a really warm welcome by the whole family. The accommodation was spotless and the location is so tranquil and beautiful. I loved walking the coastal paths, which are really close to the property. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

Great location for the beach! Clarisse gave us great recommendations and even left some beach towels, cooler and umbrellas to take with us. She was very responsive and would recommend to anyone!

Had a lovely stay at this apartment! Beautiful views and an short walk to the centre and the beach. Communication was great, Tiago replied quickly and was always ready to help. Only minor thing is that you don’t have sun during the evening on the balcony.

Excellent séjour, la maison était conforme à la description, très bien équipée, très propre et idéalement située. Le calme du lieu et la proximité avec les piscines, les plages et les randonnées sont très appréciables. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

So glad we chose this place (lots of thoughtful touches) and a great little town. Central for any trips, welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!
