The building: nice and modern. The apartment: looks and feels brand new. It's cozy, low-reaching windows give both a wonderful city view, and an unobstructed sea view! Also, the location is wonderful, within walking distance of the centre, but quiet and private. There was 1.33 portions of coffee/guest. We tried to purchase more in the most exclusive grocery shop in town, but they had none. It might be good to have more capsules available/a coffee maker that is more popular and so would have capsules available for purchase at local shops. Guests will receive just 1 (Abloy) key. So, as such, it would be perfectly safe to get it copied and perhaps might be a good idea to do so for groups of 3 or 4 guests. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and can recommend the apartment with ease. NOTE Verify the check-in protocol with your host in advance. There is something missing/incorrect with the instructions. We were only able to enter thanks to a neighbour leaving...

This was one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. Kristel had super clear instructions, was very helpful and attentive, and had great local recommendations. The space itself was amazing— beautifully decorated, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details from a local snack to spare plug adaptors. We would recommend this Airbnb very highly to anyone traveling through Tallinn!

Hans was a great host, very communicative answering all our questions and responding quickly. Everything was as in the description.. only downside was that there was no microwave nor coffee machine in the kitchen. Great value for money and its the perfect location if you arrive to Tallinn via ship as Nautica shopping center is just next to the apartment

Отличное расположение у воды, рядом хороший ресторан, много парков. Трамвай до центра за 15-20 минут. Квартира удобная, функциональная, просторная, все что надо для жизни есть.

In my opinion, this is one of the best places to stay in the city. The sea is just a short walk away, and both the Old Town and the trendy Rotermann district are within walking distance. The apartment is part of a brand-new complex with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is in perfect condition – stylish, with high-end, modern materials, furniture, and appliances. It’s ideal for both short stays and long-term living. The view from the window is beautiful. All instructions were clear, and the host was very kind and helpful.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Kaire's wooden chalet, it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped by the tranquility of the forest, with the sound of the waves gently crashing in the distance. Waking up to the serene beauty of the forest & the fresh sea air was such a refreshing experience. The chalet is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, from a cozy fireplace to a well-stocked kitchen & hot sauna - the attention to detail is remarkable. The house is impeccably clean, the outdoor area is beautifully maintained! We very much enjoyed our stay at Taavi's summer house. The house is located right in the middle of pine trees and blueberry bushes. The sea is basically right behind the house, within 2 min walk. The place is equipped with everything one may need, including toys and outdoor activities (zipline, climbing, trampoline, hammock etc) for the kids. Check-in and check-out were smooth and without any problems, the owners were very friendly, helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying at their place.

I'd stay at Ylle's just to watch sunsets! Amazing views and lots of opportunity to walk, swim and enjoy the beauty of Viimsi. Very clean and peaceful house with a great host family, that manages being super-friendly without being intrusive. Thank you!

It was our first time in Estonia and we hit immediately the jackpot. A big compliment to Reijo, it's incredible how he transformed this historic old building into a modern, comfortable house. Nothing is missing and the photos match exactly what you find, namely a highly modern accommodation in a prime location. Ideal starting point to travel around this wonderful country and of course to visit the beautiful but unfortunately a bit too touristy Tallinn. Unfortunately we had to leave after a week. But Reijo's home and Estonia deserve more and so we have no choice but to come back soon.

This flat is in a very nice 400 year old house situated centrally in a quiet part of old town Tallinn. My family rated this their favorite AirBnB of the 3 we stayed in during our recent holiday in Europe. This is a unique old home and is very large by European standards, spanning 5 stories. It is truly the host's home and not just a corporate style rental. My family found it cosy and it's idiosyncrasies very endearing. There is an apartment manager who is in a connected apartment. We were initially concerned about privacy, but the experience was very positive in the end as he always called/texted before entering to help us with things like the fireplace. He even gave us a small Christmas gift when we checked out. My only suggestion to the host is to purchase some modern kitchenware/utensils/dishes and organize the kitchen to make it easier for guests to cook a simple meal. Recommended.

The place was exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious! Beds were very comfortable. The host was very quick at responding to messages and very polite. If I visit Tallinn again I would be sure to book again!

Generally the apartment was quite pleasant and it was equipped with basic bathroom accessories and tea/coffee. The cons were that there was not a kettle (but somehow a coffee machine), the surroundings are not in the nicest neighborhoods (lots of old people and communist buildings), the bathroom is not that well-designed because there is water all over the bathroom after taking the shower, the walls are thin to some extent because I could hear other people at night. However, it's okay for a few days when you are in Tallinn and the big plus is that it is modern, close to the beach, Maxima and a free parking spot 😊

Viešėjome Talline savaitę! Stulbinantis miestas! Evelin butas tiko ir patiko, modernus, švarus, jaukūs balkonai. Ideali vieta mėgstantiems tylą ir ramybę. Šeimininkės palikti rūbai netrikdė... Smagu, kad automobilis saugiai buvo parkinge. Tiesa, jūra arti, bet paplūdimiai tolokai. Todėl rinkomės daugiau aktyvų, pažintinį poilsį, bet pabuvojome ir dviejuose paplūdimiuose. Esame patenkinti ir dėkingi😃🌞.

We hebben het hartstikke naar ons zin gehad in dit mooie appartement met onze twee kindjes! De woning is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de locatie is top. Rustig, maar toch op loopafstand van de oude stad - of aan zee/ de haven. Ik kan dit iedereen aanbevelen!

It's just a few meters from the beach, the territory is amazing. Flat is quite and comfortable, especially for short trips. It's really quiet despite some construction noise near with closed windows there's absolutely nothing to hear. Good sound proof isolation.

Ich war vier Wochen in der Unterkunft von Vallo direkt am Kalarand Beach. Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich exakt genauso wie auf den Fotos. Sehr modern und gleichzeitig doch gemütlich eingerichtet alles neu und extrem sauber. Ein schönes Sofa und ein sehr gemütlicher Sessel, sogar mit Kissen und einer Decke. Ganz wichtig: verschiedene Lampen und viel Licht. Die kleine Terrasse mit zwei Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch geht auf die Kalarana Plaza. Überhaupt ein sehr modernes und schönes neues Wohnviertel direkt am Meer. Das Schlafzimmer hat Verdunklungvorhänge, was im Juli wirklich wichtig ist. In der neuen, vollständig ausgestatteten Küche kann man hervorragend kochen. Es gibt sogar Brettchen und ausreichend scharfe Messer. Nur eine Mikrowelle wäre noch schön, ist aber in anderen Airbnbs in Estland auch meistens nicht vorhanden. Die Wohnung und Vallo als Gastgeber kann ich sehr empfehlen.
