Ravies de notre séjour chez Andréa. Les explications sur le logement sont détaillées et claires. L'appartement correspond aux photos, propre , fonctionnel, literies confortables et surtout proche du métro et de la ligne de bus. Nous avons ainsi pu tout faire à pieds c'etait top. ( visite de Madrid mais aussi 3 autres villes Toledo, Segovia, et Aranjuez qui sont rapidement accessible en train) Andréa a été réactive à nos demandes , toujours présente rapidement pour nous répondre et nous donner des conseils. A recommander 👍👍👍

La estancia ha sido muy agradable, cómoda y estaba todo muy limpio. Tal cual la descripción del alojamiento. La atención recibida por parte de Toni ha sido estupenda, estando pendiente en todo momento de nuestra llegada y darnos las llaves e indicarnos cómo acceder al aparcamiento. Sin duda volveríamos, lo recomiendo al 100%.

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

El alojamiento de Luz, si bien es pequeño, es perfecto para una estancia turística. La ubicación es su principal atributo, es excelente. La calefacción está en un punto ideal. La comunicación también es algo que agradezco que desde el momento de la reserva fue fácil y práctico. Luz y Altair fueron muy atentas, tardé un poco más del tiempo avisado para llegar por un contratiempo y aún así me estuvieron esperando con buena actitud. Mi única crítica sería tal vez con respecto a la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, al menos las cosas que usamos tan solo de verlas no se veían muy bien lavadas.

Alicia propose un très bel appartement décoré avec goût. Nous avons séjourné en couple avec nos 2 enfants et nous étions très bien installés. station de métro proche pour rejoindre le centre de Madrid. Alicia est très réactive, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Nous gardons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois !

Good place, this. Stayed here three or four times, never disappointed- it has everything you need, is walking distance to the city centre (if you like a bit of a walk) and the barrio it is in is unusual and rather nice.

Combinación perfecta de ambiente y tranquilidad, en plena Malasaña, a un paseo del centro pero apartamento tranquilo. El apartamento cuenta con lo necesario y el recibimiento y atención de Daniel genial, con unas recomendaciones excelentes. Muy recomendable.

Apartment is remodeled, modern Style with blend of exposed brick and highlights the support beams. Very good taste in design and flow. Would definitely stay here again

We truly enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place. The apartment is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and the host graciously accommodated our early arrival. The apartment is centrally located with plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. In short, a great experience all around. We highly recommend it.

The bed was really comfortable, we slept well even with the street entertainment outside. :-) I would highly recommend this apt for it's great location and comfortable space it provides for a couple to chill out and see the sights of Madrid.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado. Está muito próximo a Gran Via e aos fundos do palácio real. Excelente para fazer boa parte dos roteiros turísticos a pé além de diversas opções de restaurantes e compras aos arredores. É muito bem equipado e perfeito para quem busca um local conveniente para passar o dia fazendo turismo. Importante ressaltar que ele fica em um andar abaixo do térreo com pouca luz, mas é muito aconchegante e não é um problema para quem busca comodidade e conveniência.

Great apartment in a good location. A bit far from the center but we were visiting friends that live in the area so it was perfect for us.

El piso es de revista, todo limpio y bien organizado, un espacio muy agradable. Está céntrico. Jose es muy amable y proactivo, repetiremos sin duda!

Felix was a great host. Check in was smooth and access instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were there for a month and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, close to the Royal Palace but in a non-touristy neighbourhood. Numerous cafe’s in the surrounding streets and a well stocked Dia supermarket 200m away. The apartment is compact, but totally suitable for a couple. We would be happy to stay there again next time we are in Madrid.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable . El apartamento está muy bien situado, es cómodo , muy tranquilo , terraza amplia y muy aprovechable con buen tiempo. Parking con acceso directo a la vivienda. Cama y almohadas muy confortables. Los anfitriones muy amables y siempre pendientes.

One of the best and cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Raquel and her co-host were friendly and responsive. They left us some complimentary drinks and snacks. My cleanliness standards are high and I thought the place is very clean! Walkable to most places and a very nice neighbourhood. The apartment itself is very cute. We had a great stay in Madrid and this apartment. I highly recommend!

L'appartamento è molto bello e ristrutturato con cura e buon gusto. Il quartiere è fantastico e la posizione è molto comoda per visitare a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. La deliziosa pasticceria proprio di fronte a casa è perfetta per organizzare in autonomia le colazioni. Letto confortevole, pulizia attenta, comunicazione rapida e precisa. Ampio e molto comodo anche per una famiglia di 4 persone. Da tenere in considerazione che l'appartamento si trova al piano terra, con accesso dalla strada (seppur molto silenziosa e tranquilla) ed è praticamente privo di luce naturale. In compenso la zona relax al piano interrato è una chicca!
