This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Attached all new remodeled Luxury Guest suite in Sierra Vista AZ. Private entrance and private living quarters with a full kitchen that is stocked with all the needed dish/cookware. You have control of your A/C and heat in the studio suite. This includes your own private bathroom, king size bed, living/dining room, and your own washer dryer. Located in a quiet neighborhood in central Sierra Vista, a short distance from various trails, hikes, bird watching, and Ft. Huachuca.
