Stunning property, with everything we could ask for! Hot tub had amazing views and was a peaceful escape from the more “ touristy” parts of Skye. The honeymoon hamper was an extra special touch and we can’t wait to return in years to come . Thank you both so much!

Lovely little cottage. Very private, virtually no neighbours. Place was clean and comfortable. Hot tub is high end and kept to temperature, so it’s ready to go when you get there. Great location, pretty short drive away from some great lochs.

Located in a beautiful area with all the amenities required. Easy access to the Quiraing hike.

Beautiful cottage, with absolutely everything you need. Comfy and spotlessly clean. The garden is lovely to look out on from the conservatory when eating. Hot tub in the pretty garden was lovely day or night. Eva was a great host, providing lots of info on checking in etc. The location is really perfect as well, 2 mins walk to the beach, about 30 along the beach to Chanory point, lovely fairy glen walk along burn to beautiful waterfalls. Beach cafe 2mins away and cafe/restaurant Crofters (which you can sit in our takeaway) less than 10. 2 Playparks within a few mins walk as well. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Treat yourself to a stay at this stunning property. The location is exceptional, the views are unforgettable. The cottage itself is clean and comfortable. Debbie was a helpful and responsive host. If you’d like to explore the Glencoe-Oban-Fort William area I’d recommend this an excellent choice.

Would just like to say thank you for my stay me and my family loved it spicily the love for cars and stuff cars what was clear throw out the house as someone who’s into cars my self 10/10 for that one small thing can be tricky to get parked sometimes tho that has nothing to do with host just the street but 100% does not affect the stay just to be mindful other than that 10/10 we place really is thank you so much will be back again!!!

We had a brilliant 4 day break at this lovely wee cottage. There was absolutely everything we needed for our stay and we loved all the extra wee decorative touches Brett has added too. We were blessed with sun every day and breakfast in the cute wee garden was a great way to start each day. Loved that we were 1 minutes walk from the beach and did a lot of exploring along this beautiful part of the coast. We even did a bit of body boarding in the sea too!! Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely adored our stay here. It was very comfortable and cozy, felt like home instantly. Walking distance to a wonderful restaurant that had been recommended. Mairi met us and was very welcoming and showed us around the property. Great amenities, very accurate description of property given. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for having us!

I went there with my friends to unwind from university and it was unarguably on of the best place to stay. the view from the kitchen was stunning and so comfortable to stay either with friends or family. Although the weather was not on our side but staying home, have a catch up session and cooking together was so much better because the place is so cosy and feels like home.

Really nice and quaint cottage. Curling up with the fire and just unwinding against the quiet of the surroundings was awesome.

What an incredible getaway from the world! Very idyllic, country living. The home felt super cosy and homely. Eggs from the chickens and marmalade in the kitchen waiting for our arrival was a lovely touch! Beds were all very comfortable and we all had great night sleep each night. We stayed here for 5 nights but could’ve easily stayed much longer! It’s just such a nice place that really feels like home the minute you walk through the door. The room with the windows facing the sea is a great place to hang out, look out over the coast and watch all the birds fly by - grabbing your binoculars when you think you see something special :) Our 1,5 year old daughter really enjoyed the house too (she loved all the children’s books!). Bit challenging to keep her off the stairs but the multi-purpose fire guard worked a treat!

For the second time we did visit this hidden gem in the highlands. Grant and Laura are very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The house is perfect for a family of four. It has everything you need, including comfortable beds. With a little drive their are some great beaches with only few visitors. For a good hike try to climb the Resipole or one of the other mountains. On a clear day the views on top are second to none Lastly you can visit the restaurant at the Strontian hotel (aka Bothy bar) Great food, with an exceptional view. We did visit many spots in Scotland but Ardnamurchan is definitely our favourite. It is as beautiful as Skye but without the busloads of tourists

Peaceful, rural location, ideal for exploring the area - we will stay longer next time. Great views from the bedroom and patio. The whole place was comfortable, home from home. Paul was a great host - very helpful.

Lovely wee place to use as a base for exploring the northern parts of Scotland and beyond. Everything we needed and extra supplies available should we run out. You do need to drive to get to the nearest village but the local shops are well stocked the nearby deli is worth a visit. Very peaceful location and felt well looked after by our host.

Really lovely little cottage, very peaceful location and stunning views out the back. Kitchen beatiful and stocked with the essentials (salt, pepper, oil, plenty of pots and pans). Only slight downside would be a very squeaky bed, comfortable enough but noisy.

Eine wunderschöne Location zum entspannen und sehr nah an den Fairy Pools. Linda hat uns persönlich empfangen und war super freundlich. Es war eine tolle Zeit und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Einige Gäste haben noch Nudeln dort gelassen. Der Ausblick war ein Traum. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

We loved staying at Woodside, it had such a good feel to the place, really warm and comfortable, exactly what you’re after on a break away. Stunning surroundings, lovely garden and a well thought out and cared for home, really lovely! We’ll definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family thanks x

If you’re thinking about booking this place, just do it! It’s a gorgeous and well maintained little cottage in an incredible location.

Amazing location. Wish we had stayed longer just to take advantage of all the gorgeous views and amazing restaurants. Host was super helpful with recommendations for a Sunday dinner and very responsive to my questions. 100% recommend and would definitely stay here again. Car highly recommended.

A perfect weekend break ! Despite the rain, it was wonderful. The location on the shore is idyllic and our retriever was never out of the sea - until the tide went out ! We saw seals a few times which was lovely. The bothy is really well equipped and has everything you need for cooking and staying warm. The solar inside lights were super efficient and lasted all evening and we cooked a whole (delicious) chicken, bought from the farm in the oven. Dave and Alison are wonderful hosts. The island cafe is the perfect refuge from the rain for soup, hot sandwiches and lovely cakes. As advised on the listing, if possible, take wellies. We would love to come back !
