Brookdale Vennikulum was an excellent, secure, and safe place to stay . The host is very friendly and accommodating. Probably one of the nicest furnished flats available in the area.

The place is exactly like it has been shown in the images and I would say much better. Alongside beach, the stay is at perfect location with perfect views and amenities.

Check in was very easy, nice location walkable distance to church and town Host Jin and Smitha are very helpful,highly recommend this place,we will come back in our next visit to Kerala.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in super easy. . We booked this place for a quite vacation and this place was just that. Though in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and deliveries, it was a very quite and serene place. Just like pictures, the house is beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities. A great plus is the parking space and the privacy of having the whole house to yourself. The host was responsive and was very helpful during our stay. Clear directions were provided to the house and any questions were addressed asap. I would definitely recommend this place for a quite get away or for a family who wants to stay at the heart of the city with peace and quite. I'm looking to coming back here as this place is a gem.
