Renta de alojamientos vacacionales para familias con niños en Kutaisi

Een compleet huisje voor je alleen in een rustig straatje. De host was erg behulpzaam bij vragen. Straat voor de hostel lag nog open door werkzaamheden maar ruime parkeer gelegenheid in de straat. Wasmachine lekte wat maar deed toch zijn werk. De douche ziet er apart uit maar is heerlijk warm en voldoet zeker. Ik zou deze lokatie aanraden.

Это скорее всего был наш бонус на последние дни отдыха, и изучения истории Грузии. Мы приехали туристами в гости, а уехали родственниками!!!! Спасибо за приятные - эмоции, ощущения, чуткость, внимание!!!

couldn't imagine a better location! My wife and I stayed in kutaisi for 5 days, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed! would definitely recommend

Salome and her parents were the best hosts I have ever visited. Very helpful they even got us to a nearby restaurant with their own car. Since Salome's mother has lived in Greece something in Greek (Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα )

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

Bardzo fajny apartament w idealnej lokalizacji do zwiedzania Kutaisi. Bardzo blisko do fontanny Kolchidy. Apartament znajduje się przy spokojnej, jednokierunkowej ulicy, więc jest tam cicho i spokojnie. Mnóstwo restauracji jest w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Jest czysto i schludnie. Dużo fajnych plakatów zdobi ściany, a wysoki sufit sprawia, że lokal wydaje się jeszcze większy niż jest w rzeczywistości. Bardzo wygodne łóżka pozwalają na szybką regenerację po całodziennych trekingach. Gorąco polecam!

Logement très propre et très bien situé, proche du quartier touristique, tout est accessible à pied. Dea est une personne très réactive, vous pouvez louer son logement les yeux fermés

A new building with convenient parking right at the entrance. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to messages. Shops are nearby, and everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Great Staying at Aleko’s property!

Can't say enough about Kate's apartment. It was big and spacious, the kitchen was great; we were able to prepare meals in it, bathroom was fine; there was a small balcony with a very leafy tree to enjoy your coffee or tea . Kate was a wonderful host; very responsive and she took really took good care of us; she recommended restaurants and places we can go to and eat. I felt right at home at her apartment and it was very homey. Would stay here again. It wasn't noisy at all; somebody said he was bothered by the cars; I don't see why. We didn't hear the cars at all. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you, Kate for everything.

We loved staying at Platon’s place. He was very communicative and let us check in early. It’s got a great view over old town and is very close walking distance to restaurants and the cathedral. We would definitely stay here again

The accommodation is spacious and has everything you need. The owner responds quickly, which is a big plus. Overall, I recommend considering these apartments. There’s also quite a beautiful view from the balcony, especially at night when everything is lit up.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location is also good. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We had a nice stay at Ina's place. The unit is on a high floor with a paid elevator. All furniture was comfortable, the gas oven worked well and extra blankets and towels were provided. The surrounding area is residential with small grocery shops and a Carrefour nearby. About 30 minute walk to downtown. Ina was helpful and responsive. We appreciated the early check-in. A minor negative is that you must have exactly 10 tetri for the elevator (2 fives don't work) or climb up the stairs.

The place looks much nicer than in the photos indeed! Lela and her husband were very friendly. We spent two nights there, rented a car in town, got around the city and to canyons, it was a great stay. Can recommend this place to people who want to be 3 steps away from the pedestrian bridge and the centre, but hesitate about staying close to lively roads (this road is a dead end so cars don't rush through it). Usually we try to keep communication with hosts to minimum, but this time we happened to have many small questions, and Lela was ever so helpful with her responses. The apartment was clean, cozy, nice bathroom, thick walls (quiet with the neighbors). The yard was being renovated (not actively cause of Easter when we stayed) so I assume future guests will enjoy also a clean yard to welcome them. Local dogs can be barking a lot during warm nights, perhaps mind that & the poop if you're sensitive to those. For us it wasn't a major issue & earplugs helped.

Where do I even start? Mate is probably one of the best, if not the best, host I have dealt with. He is very kind, attentive, patient and understanding. Now the place itself is great value for money, especially for one person (and even for up to 2 people I'd say as well), such a huge amount of space, separate kitchen, bedroom and living quarter. It has a desk, a nice bed, a nicely stocked kitchen with practically everything you need. Decent internet speeds and hot water available all day too. The area is really nice too, so peaceful, easy to get to around by Bolt taxi. Lots of useful stores nearby for groceries, medicine, etc. all within walking distance. All in all, do not hesitate to book this lovely place in Kutaisi, it is worth it in every single way. 10/10, 5 star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very cozy place! Great location, everything was near. But on the other hand there was a lots of privacy and it was quiet. Everything looked exactly like on the pictures. Host was really friendly and communication was easy.
