I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful apartment with amazing balcony view of the sea, it was exactly like the pictures. The apartment was very spacious with views of on both sides. Several restaurants nearby which were worth visiting, overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Antalya.

Wir hatten zu zweit eine tolle Zeit in der wunderschönen Wohnung. Die Gegend ist wirklich toll. Bis auf die hellhörigen Wände und das sehr kleine Bad war alles tip top und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Danke Osman!

I had a fantastic stay at this modern apartment! The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is unbeatable—close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. Communication with the host was excellent, always quick and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is perfect for a nice vacation in Antalya! Emel and Oktay are very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts and make you feel right at home. The appartment itself is well-equipped and has a large terrace with really nice view on the nearby mountains. Also, its close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and most importantly, the beach. The city center of Antalya can be reached easily by on of the very frequent busses going there.

Great location with sea and pool view. Nice balcony where you can see the sunrise every morning. The place is not huge, but has all amenities except may be oven. It was more than enough for three of us. My little one enjoyed the pool in the afternoon and the playground 5 min walk from the apartment. The beach is across the road, very clean, as well as water. You can rent umbrellas and seats very easily. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. A little shop located in the building. The place is located 30’ drive from the airport. We arrived late and were met by the host that is very appreciated. Everything went well and we were very happy with our short break. From things to improve, it would be nice to have few beach toys for kids to borrow and a bit of olive oil and salt in the kitchen as well as washing powder.

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

Wir waren fast eine Woche bei Ümit in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ümit und seine Familie haben uns empfanden und uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Ümit hat den Pool für uns schon früher mit Wasser gefüllt, so dass wir den Pool bereits nutzen konnten. Den Pool und den Garten meistens für uns alleine, da auch nicht alle Wohnungen belegt waren, was wir sehr genossen haben. Es ist wie eine kleine Oase, bei der man die umliegenden Hotelanlagen fast vergessen kann. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber wir haben uns arrangiert. Gegenüber ist auch ein Restaurant, wo man gut Essen gehen kann. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Evin ulaşımı ve konumu çok iyiydi. Geniş aileler için bence çok iyi bir tercih. Denize yürüme mesafesi ile 5 dk. Ev sahibi cana yakındı. Genel anlamda güzel bir tatil geçirdik, teşekkür ederiz.

It was amazing experience especially the view from the balcony was magical! Those sunsets and sunrise we will always remember! I would highly recommend this place! Near to beach and also near to city centre! And there is groceries store just downstairs of the apartment! Overall very nice experience! I wanted to thanks to our host especially Sehnaz for being very responsive to all our queries!

Нам очень всё понравилось, Хозяин дружелюбный. Квартира уютная, светлая, чисто, красивый вид из окон. Идеальное расположение, рядом с морем, кафе, магазины, рестораны, набережная, детская площадка. Хороший апартаменты, с хорошей территорией, бассейн, детская площадка. Каждый день вставали рассветы и провожали закаты, так квартира идеально для этого, утром можно сходить на море встретить рассвет, вечером проводить закат. Рядом набережная протяженностью 6 км, каждый вечер прогулки. Также если кто хочет заниматься спортом, удобно, можно бегать по набережной. Море чистое, красивое, горы. Люблю Анталию за это. Аппарт комплекс имеет идеальное расположение 🙏 спасибо ещё раз Берат за гостеприимство 🙏

Evin konumu harikaydı, temizdi, ihtiyaçlarımızla ilgili Mazlum beyde yardımcı oldu herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Tek eksik olarak söyleyebileceğim şey balkondaki masa ve sandalyeydi manzarası çok güzel en çok orda vakit geçirdik daha konforlu rahat olabilirdi. Birde bazı mutfak gereçleri eksikti tost makinesi çaydanlık ve bir iki tencere daha konulabilirdi. ama konum ve manzara müthişti. Artık Antalyadaki evimiz :))) Herşey için teşekkür ederiz..

Evin konumu çok iyi ve çok rahattı. Evden çıktığınız anda Lara’nın en canlı bölgesindesiniz. Teraslı olması ve güneş açısı, deniz manzarası gayet yeterli. Bu fiyata bu konumda böyle ev bulmak zor. Harika, her Antalya ziyaretimde kiralamayı düşünürüm. Ev sahibi ilgili ve anahtarsız giriş var. Rahatsız edende yok, komşularda sakin ve sessiz. Dairenin alt katında da güzel bir balık restoranı var. Uyurken bile Lara yaşamının tam ortasındasınız. Harika ev, harika hizmet. Kesinlikle tavsiye…

Excellent apartments with a fantastic view of the marina. We had a great time celebrating New Year’s with the whole family here and spent a few days exploring the historic part of Antalya. The apartment is super comfortable, with a wonderful kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Special thanks to our host, Mehtap, for her quick response to all our requests. This place is definitely going on our favorites list, and we look forward to visiting again.
