The house is thoughtfully designed with one spacious main room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom w/ double bed, and a bathroom w/ shower. Nestled in a valley, alongside the Klondike River, our cozy, renovated, rustic cabin is a great way to experience a local off-grid, lifestyle. Come visit our Canadian Inuit dogs, be amazed by the northern lights or midnight sun and explore our multiple trails skijoring, snowshoeing, walking, x-country skiing or cycling. There is a traditional Mongolian yurt on the property as well as a growing orchard and permaculture farm. The property is in a peaceful, quiet valley 15 minutes from town.

The Sourdough | Wall Tent Cabin

Our furnished wall tents combine the charm of traditional canvas accommodations with comfortable beds, electricity, Wi-Fi and access to shared washhouse and cookhouse facilities. A “Sourdough” was someone who had spent a winter in the Yukon and was no longer a newcomer. One of our more spacious Wall Tent Cabins, this space (14' X 16') has two queen bed and sleeps up to 2 guests (maximum).

Cozy loft in West Dawson

Welcome to West Dawson where you can relax and enjoy nature after a busy day of exploring Dawson City. Located just up the hill on the other side of the Yukon river, you will get to enjoy a ride across river with the trusty George Black Ferry (running 24/7 free of charge). From the ferry landing it is just a two minute drive to reach the loft, or if you prefer, it can also be a nice walk.

The Confluence House

The Confluence House is located in the beautiful Dawson City, Yukon close to where the Klondike River and Yukon River meet. The house is walking distances from all of the attractions Dawson has to offer. This house features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room with large windows. This is a family friendly property.
