We have stayed here several times for many reasons mostly what great hosts they are but really love their place comfortable peaceful and still close to everything Love the little extras they do to make us more at home

We have stayed at Claudia’s several times and enjoy her hospitality and the peaceful setting outside of Jacksonville. A great spot for a couples Getaway!

We really enjoyed our vacation. In this apartment. Everything is very cozy and homely, all the questions that arose were immediately resolved. I recommend it to everyone, I am happy that we met such a host on our way! It is a pity that we did not meet in person!

My stay at Haley's Airbnb was wonderful! The space was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. Haley was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive. Check-in was easy, and thoughtful touches like fresh coffee made it special. Great location, quiet yet peaceful. Highly recommend!

When I arrived, Mary came out to help me carry my canoe into the back and help me get oriented to the house and neighborhood. She was very friendly and helpful. The room was really pleasant, with a place to set up a laptop and work and a very clean bathroom (also a truly immense TV, which I didn't use). There's a delightful little area outside the back bedroom and still within the fenced property where I stored my canoe and set up a camp chair under one of the big shade trees of the neighborhood. You can take a very pleasant walk down to the river straight out of the backyard. The combination of super-friendly host, clean rooms, and great outdoor space make this a winning option in my opinion.

Cozy and clean within easy walking distance of downtown Ashland. We enjoyed our stay and would return!

We absolutely love the place.The cathedral ceilings make the rooms spacious, and the skylights fill them with natural light. The gleaming wood floors, fireplace, and built-in desk nook make it feel cozy. The cool cement kitchen counter, colors used thru-out, and decor all give it an artistic flair. The private patio was scented with a nearby flowering jasmine and lilac bush. The snacks and drinks Nancy left were greatly appreciated and welcoming. And to top it all off, the hot tub at the end of the day was sublime. What's not to like? I wish I could live there. We are definitely returning. Thanks for everything Nancy.

Lovely and convenient location, feels rural, yet close to town. Nice furniture, lots of kitchen utensils and pantry items, a shelf full of field guides and novels. Altogether very pleasant place to stay.

Incredible, spotless, and beautiful place! Lana was a wonderful host. This was perfect for my trip to the Crater Lake. Definitely will be back.

I stay here any time I visit because the house is always spotless and it feels safe and private!

Tim’s place is so beautiful and quiet. The view will take your breath away. We were so comfortable and only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back soon!

This place was listed as "The Birdhouse Retreat" and it did not disappoint! On our arrival we were greeted by wild turkeys! We enjoyed watching the woodpeckers, quail, and even the bluejays. After driving for hours, we were welcomed with a fire in the wood burning stove. This place is so peaceful, with a view of the surrounding mountains, wreathed in clouds. To end our last night, we were amazed with watching a little bat, flitting about grabbing bugs! Thank you, Agnes and Aaron, for a peaceful retreat.

We enjoyed our stay in the peaceful neighborhood. Being next to the opening fields was beautiful. A quiet and affordable studio for 2!

This was such a wonderful place to stay, I am so glad I decided to book it. It was exactly as listed and at a great price! I ended up hiking all over the coastline, starting at natural bridges, and taking a few of the recommendations that Rich gave me. Both of the hosts were very sweet and accommodating, making me feel right at home. This is so heartwarming because I don’t always feel this way as a solo female traveler. I also felt extra safe knowing they were nearby and so attentive!! I would suggest anyone and everyone to book here with these wonderful folks.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience at your place. My partner and I had a truly great time. The online images don't do it justice it's so much better in person. The amazing big windows overlooking the patio were stunning, and we especially loved the little koi fish pond and the beautiful tree flowers. It was also bigger than we expected – the most amazing little getaway for two people. I 100% recommend this place to stay. The only downside is that if you're looking to go out late at night to eat or hang out, everything seems to close early, around 8-9 PM.

These are excellent hosts. They are very good at communication. They are kind and their place is wonderful fully recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Andrew was flexibile and let us arrive a little early. The unit was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tube. Definitely recommended. Andrew was a wonderful host!

Charlie's unit was a great place to rest and relax while passing through Grants Pass. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was clean and well kept. Its located in a quiet neighborhood but not far from some great food options.

We had a weekend getaway at this little spot and it was great! Super clean, beautiful surroundings, it was exactly as pictured. The ride to the Airbnb is a beautiful one as well, with lots of neat things to see and do nearby. We appreciated the cleanliness and thoughtful touches. Kimberly gave super clear instructions , had good recommendations, and was also very responsive to any messages sent. Would definitely stay again, it's a great spot!
