Here, holiday days can be filled with sandcastle building, swimming, shell hunting and long walks along the water. The property also offers glimpses of the sea, adding to the special holiday atmosphere. Inside, the house has been continuously updated and appears bright and welcoming. The renovated kitchen and cosy dining area are open to the living room, allowing the family to spend time together – whether preparing dinner, playing board games or planning the next day’s adventures. After a day at the beach, gather for a movie night in front of the TV or enjoy the cosy atmosphere from the wood-burning stove. For extra holiday indulgence, the house also offers both a spa and a sauna – perfect for relaxing evenings after the day’s activities or slow mornings with plenty of time. The summer house is equipped with charging options via both a 16A CEE outlet and a standard 220V charging socket, making it easy to charge your car during your stay. Activities and experiences in the area Kjul is known for its scenic coastline and child-friendly beach, ideal for both relaxation and activities. The area is surrounded by Lilleheden Dune Plantation and Uggerby Dune Plantation, offering beautiful trails for walking and cycling. Here, you can experience the best of forest, dunes and beach all at once. The nearest towns are only a short distance away, and during the summer season you can conveniently use the local grocery store at Kjul Strand Camping, located approx. 500 metres from the summer house. For golf enthusiasts, Hirtshals Golf Club is only a few minutes’ drive away. A short drive also takes you to the town of Hirtshals, where you will find cafés, shopping opportunities and exciting attractions. Visit the North Sea Oceanarium and get close to fascinating marine life, or climb Hirtshals Lighthouse and enjoy the fantastic views of the coastline and harbour area. Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.

Sommerhuset, som er beliggende i 1. række ved Vesterhavet nord for Lønstrup, er yderst velindrettet med udsigt til havet på 3 af husets sider. Der er ca. 40 kvm. terrasse rundt om huset, hvor der er rig mulighed for at finde læ. Der er ca. 900 meter til Lønstrup By på sti langs vandet og fantastiske badestrande inden for ganske få minutters gang. Lønstrup går under navnet lille-skagen pga. sine mange gallerier og stemning. Der er gode indkøbsmuligheder og cafémiljø.
