It's a lover's hideaway with multiple places to enjoy private conversation, champagne or simply be. Play scrabble in the vegetable garden, drink wine in the flower garden. African tortoises roam the yard on warm days, Rhode Island Reds hunt for bugs and provide fresh eggs.

Summit Cabin on the Rocks

Perched atop a miniature mountain with expansive views extending from the Pacific Ocean to the peak of San Gorgonio (highest mountain in SoCal), this concept cabin is like a disintegrated house spread across about a 1 acre area. The interior consists of a lofted queen size bed with a large skylight for stargazing, as well as a lounge space with an oversized leather sofa. The highlight of the cabin is the outdoor space. It features a cabana with a day-bed, bean bag, swing chairs, a kitchen, etc

Secluded Casita in Wine Region

The Casita is a separate building next to our home. Its unique design with saltilo tile and natural stone kitchen gives it lots of character. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space. Close to Orfila winery, and San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq and pool in our shared back yard space, available for our guests only, upon request. This space is not offered for parties, or gatherings, sorry.

Just 20 minutes from the beach, it’s a dreamy escape for surfers, hikers, and couples looking for a romantic getaway. No pets—our two friendly boxers live on-site

Enjoy a relaxing visit to this recently built guest house in our backyard. We custom designed it in a historic style to complement our 1924 Craftsman home. Located just a few short blocks from Grand Avenue, we hope you'll walk downtown to discover the coffee shops, bars, restaurants, antique stores, and the always delicious Escogelato! This property is fully permitted by City of Escondido license 26521897, ensuring a legal and regulated short-term rental experience for our guests.

Our dome is a half-moon structure that features a king-size memory foam bed and an outdoor shower under a pepper tree, while the deck provides stunning views of the hilltop. We're located in a gated community close to all major attractions, and guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets, starry skies, ocean breeze, and bird watching (21 different kinds). The dome is 200 sqft with AC/heater, an outhouse (composting toilet), and outdoor showers, making it a perfect choice for glamping.
