TOP NOTCH! Carly as a host was KIND, courteous and responsive. She encouraged feedback and was very receptive. We did a cross-country move, we were exhausted and out of sorts our entire stay, we appreciated Carlys softness. location is perfect. Upon arrival interior / exterior were well lit. The interior was CLEAN! Fresh Tulips were on the dining table, all the linens in the bedrooms were plush and cozy! Beds were remarkable! The living room Furniture, though aesthetically pleasing, was uncomfortable and unrealistic for the advertised amount of adults it could accommodate. I believe Carly will remedy this. We bought a chair to use during our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are dated but VERY clean. Washer /dryer great, there was ample paper goods/ cleaning supplies throughout our stay. all very thoughtful!! Few hangers in each closet, a wire basket dresser in each was great and plenty. Fence needs help in back to keep small dogs in. I believe Carly is working on this as well.

Natalias place was great, had ample amount of space/beds, we felt right at home. It was clean well located for the job that we had to get to and friendly host. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Natalia for your hospitality

Daniel was amazing! His hospitality was extraordinary. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning! The yard was perfect for my girlfriend’s service dog! The walls are sound proof as well so you can’t hear the people next to you which was amazing! overall 10/10 experience thank you Daniel for your hospitality!

Naili was an excellent host. Very responsive to all questions and inquiries. Very accommodating to me and my family and made our family Thanksgiving get together a reality with her beautiful home. The home is extremely gorgeous and very well kept with beautiful views and very peaceful. Everything was as advertised. I highly recommend staying at Nali’s house.

Very clean and comfortable! Bathroom has a heated floor which was such a pleasure for the colder days.

The house was very well appointed, and in a clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood convenient to SeaTac. There were enough towels for an army, and cozy blankets for the living room. The kitchen was well stocked, complete with a coffee station. Everything was perfect.

Can’t say enough good things about Larry and this rental! It’s a great layout and perfect for a quick weekend or even longer stay. Seems right at home from the minute you arrive. On top of that, Larry is such a wonderful host! So responsive and helpful. This was our second time renting the property and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again!

The perfect camping comfort combo! Access to kitchen and bathroom while still having full peace and quiet in nature. Waking up to quiet and just the sound of birds then hopping in a warm shower was divine! Laurenthia is super friendly and I had an overall wonderful stay 10/10 will be returning!

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Well equipped kitchen and kid- friendly place. The kids loved the outdoor play area and the koi fish pond. I sincerely appreciate the baby gate and the availability of other items that kids would need. The place is also very close to the beach and the view from balcony is mind-blowing. Thanks much for hosting us!

This place is super cute! It’s honestly nicer than the photos. The hot tub was amazing as well! Would definitely stay again.

The place was exquisite, the host was accommodating allowing us for early check in. The surrounding was tranquil, my family was able to relax and be comfortable. It is overlooking the lake, walking distance to the park so we were able to visit the cherry blossoms and have our kids play in the playground. The hot tub was always hot for us and the water was clean. The place is huge, there was a steam bath in the basement, the kitchen had a huge stove and grill was readily available. I am picturing such nice summers in this place, with paddle boards and life jackets available as well. The garden was muddy because of the rain, but we were still able to enjoy the backyard with the cemented patio and the hot tubs. It was just perfect for our visit to Seattle. We did have trouble with street parking though, since the road was a bit small and the neighbors too were parking on both sides of the road, our rental car was scraped on the side mirror. So just heads up to find a better place to park

Our stay was an amazing escape and exactly what we needed to get away and relax and even look for a home of our own in the area. Allison was an amazing host going above and beyond with everything from early and late check ins, providing additional info for the area, and generally caring about your stay at her property. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. We absolutely will be back when our house hunt continues or we want to get away again.

We absolutely loved the pool, and would rent it again for this opportunity.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The space was very cozy and relaxing. Loved waking up to lots of sunshine from the skylight and hearing all of the birds chirping while enjoying a cup of tea and reading on the balcony. We enjoyed morning walks around the quiet neighborhood and loved the short walk down to the beach to catch the sunset. The kitchen was great for cooking some delicious meals together and loved using the bonfire and the small yard for some yard games. Lots of great short day trip options, we loved our visit to Finn River Cidery and planned our route to the Airbnb to go through Bainbridge for delicious fish & chips and baked goods. Vicki was very responsive and provided great recs!

We had a lovely holiday visit in Seattle and staying at Kelly's place which was impeccably maintained and a great location. Lovely walkable neighborhood central to amenities in West Seattle.

Our family was happy and cozy in this clean, well-furnished house. The beds are extremely comfortable, the street is beautiful, and the big windows let in lots of natural light (and also close fully for privacy and sleep). We felt right at home, and loved walking to the nearby park and restaurants. I’m sure we will be back. Thank you!

Loved the view and the large fenced yard for the dogs to run around. Bald Eagles fly by all day and the birds outside sound like a nature Meditation app. 10/10

Martha and her husband were so nice even though we only seen them twice during our week stay. Both times Martha was super friendly and knowledgeable. there were beautiful views from the back yard of the property and right down the road aswell. my girlfriend and i had a great time exploring the Olympic national park and whole peninsula from her place. we will definitely be back to this amazing state and would stay here again in the future. Peaceful, beautiful Magnolia community walkable distance as well as Discovery Park, right timing for Spring Cherry Blossoms, and very comfortable home.

The house was beautiful and cozy! Very private and inviting! Anne was very proactive in reaching out to see if we needed anything during our stay and it turned out to be an incredibly relaxing and restful Anniversary retreat for my wife and I.

Deven was responsive, proactive and cared genuinely for me and my friends staying at her cottage. I appreciated her proactivity with regard to checking out as well as ensuring that we had everything we needed.

Kelly was an excellent host. She was helpful and friendly. She got back to me quickly whenever I messaged her and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. The RV was nice and my dog loved the fenced yard! Thanks so much!
