This four bedroom, two bath home, has been completely remodeled from the ground up with all new everything. There’s even a game room for the kids with an arcade machine, foosball table and 65 inch tv so you can quietly relax in the hot tub on the back porch overlooking a peaceful Ouachita morning while the kids play.

We are exactly 1 mile from the boat landing & centrally located near Bear Creek Trails. This home was completed in 2025 and can accommodate 14 people comfortably. We have thought of everything for this house, all you have to do is show up with your food and drinks! Beautiful views with a modern home twist! You will never want to leave!

The Barn in Kirby AR

This home is located just on the outskirts of Kirby, AR. It is central to all the local activities. It is just a 15 min drive to Murfreesboro, and 19 min to the Diamond Mine. The nearest boat ramp is just 6 min up the road. It is also just a 15 min drive to Glenwood if you choose to float the Caddo River. If you choose to stay in the Barn it is plenty spacious for the family with family friendly activities. Or kick back on patio and enjoy the view!
