We know the area and were returning for a family weekend - everything perfect. Apartment kitted out with everything (and more) that we needed. Perfect location for our family weekend but would be perfect base to stay to explore the area locally or to Liverpool, Chester and North Wales

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

Lovely penthouse apartment with great views of Snowdonia - Rebecca was very helpful and responsive even over the holidays . George and Dragon and Liverpool Arms are great pubs for food .

We had a great stay at Church Walks. The property was exactly as described, spacious and well laid out, we were able to relax after fun days out around Gwynedd and Conwy. Clear instruction on how everything works and some good recommendations for what to do in the area. Llandudno itself is a beautiful Victorian seaside town, with lots of places to eat and drink. The property is located in a quiet spot but still with easy walking distance of the town centre. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic weekend at Haydn's flat. The place was very warm and clean with everything you need, home from home. Great shower! We enjoyed being at the quieter end of Llandudno, about a 25 minute flat walk from the pier which gave us time to walk off our meals! Plenty of eateries in the area, can recommend Carlos, Blue Elephant and The Goat. I couldn't quite find the flat at first as my satnav took me to the corner opposite, but Haydn was very quick to help me out. Place was nice and quiet with a corner shop and a Co-op nearby. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a lovely stay at Jon's place. It was just as pictured and spotlessly clean. Jon was very responsive and sent great instructions. The location is great for exploring North Wales, and walking distance from the pier and some good restaurants. Highly recommend.

I would be very happy to recommend this venue and would definitely stay there again if we visit again. The place was modern, spotlessly clean with great provisions etc. location is perfect for walking into town, pier, walks, links to public transport also. Parking is easy too

Returned again . The apartment feels like our second home, cosy.lovely decor,relaxing ,convenient for shops & restaurants & with no worry about parking. Michelle is a great host. We will be back & would not hesitate to recommend.

Huge thanks for a fabulous stay. Property as described, with everything you need for a great stay….and then the magnificent view!! 🤩. Children loved watching the sheep make an appearance! Close to the beach, Llandudno town and great base to explore further areas of north Wales.

We had a fantastic short break staying at Jerome’s superb and spacious house - we have 3 children 6 , 3 and 1 year old all had a great time and loved playing the games provided as well as chilling in the hot tub (the 1 over 4!). The house is exactly as described and very well equipped. The pub next door makes amazing wood fired pizza sit in our take away! Loads to do in this part of the Wales and Jerome’s was an excellent base. Look forward to visiting again. Merci Jerome !

14 of us stayed for my hen do and we had the best time! The pictures don’t do the house justice, it was perfect, spotless & had everything we could’ve needed. Communication was great, even responding to my bridesmaids when they were planning surprises or earlier check in. The beds were comfy, everyone slept well and there was so much space! It was a perfect location to travel into Liverpool for a night out and an easy walk to Crosby beach. There’s also shops & bars in walking distance. The area was peaceful with lots of parking spaces. I need to find another excuse to be able to stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

We absolutely loved staying at Lindsey’s place. Everything was so thoughtfully arranged and so homey. We travelled with our 1 year old daughter and honestly it was a dream. There was a high chair, toys to play with, books to read. An enclosed garden with a swing and a slide (a thrilling favourite). Little details like soft carpet on the stairs and around the patio doors and a back door that could be opened at the top but not the bottom so we could get some air but contain the toddler. Everything was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided and easy to find. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks Lindsey!

Beautiful property, you could actually just move in, unlike some holiday rentals we’ve experienced. Modern, clean, comfortable, has everything you need. Comfy sofa and bed and wonderful enclosed garden for the dogs. Location was fab, right next to a big field, perfect for the dogs and a massive bonus to be only a few minutes from a lovely beach with a handy bridge. We absolutely loved it all and will definitely be back x Clare was very helpful and responsive, can’t recommend enough. Thank you!

The Coach House is very well equipped, beautifully kept and well located for the beach with lots of things to do within an easy distance. Wayne and Heather were extremely good at communicating and were kind enough to put up a stairgate for us, and let us bring our dog at short notice. There was a lovely welcome basket of goodies and bed, dishes and towels for the dog. I would have no hesitation recommending this house to friends who want to visit the area.

Lovely little flat with just all the basics for a short stay. Walking distance to plenty of shops and nice restaurants. Only stayed for one night but was perfect for what I wanted (shower eat sleep and head home the next day) easy to find and very clear instructions from host and clear instructions inside regarding bins WiFi ect. Had a small issue with the shower draining but other than that no complaints. Handy little yard form my dog through a door in the bedroom.

The views from the apartment were phenomenal. Looking out at the mountains and the trains was more entertaining than tv. The property was decorated really nicely, lots of lovely touches giving a nod to the fact that it is in former sea captain's house. Very comfortable furniture and bed. The snacks and wine left for us was very much appreciated. We'd definitely stay here again. One minor issue, be aware the toilet/washroom ceiling is very slanted as it's in the eaves. Mind your head if you're tall!

Hoylake is so beautiful. Clare's house is spacious and comfortable and the apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beaches and walks are stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely place in a lovely location over looking the Menai Strait. Nice and quiet neighbourhood and local to Bangor and local attractions such as Zip World. We had a nice relaxing stay and would highly recommend. Chocolates on arrival and use of tea and coffee and lovely touch.

Great stay with friends at this lovely apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and for exploring North West Wales. Apartment was very comfortable with everything needed for our 3 night stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good base in the area.

we've stayed at Alyson's place a few times. The apartment is always lovely and clean, alyson is always there to meet you and is flexible with check-in, if the apartment is ready before the check-in time. Would definitely recommend.

We booked Lynn's flat for when my parents visited for my daughter's birthday. It's fantastically located and really well kitted out. My parents loved the nice touches like the teas and biscuits. They felt right at home. Thanks.

We enjoyed a two night stay in April. The apartment is light and bright, and within easy walking distance of Crosby beach, many bars and restaurants, the Co-op (a few minutes away) and the local train station (which is just around the corner although the trains can’t be heard). At risk of finding the apartment booked up for our return, I’d recommend it in a heartbeat, it’s a gem. Thank you Mark.
