The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great big TV,perfect for watching the match. The host was super helpful and communicative. Would not hesitate to stay again.

All exactly as said on the tin, happy with the accomodation. Wouldn't take my girlfriend there on a nice retreat, but perfect and nicely priced for two lads working in the area. A nice bit of space. thanks.

I had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal, just a short walk from bus and train stations, as well as a mall with a Tesco Extra, which made everything super convenient. The hosts were fantastic—always responsive, very friendly, and happy to accommodate simple requests, which made the stay feel really smooth and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to return in the future!

The apartment is clean and spacious and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Jade was very helpful in checking in and getting things sorted. We parked in Wardall Street Car Park whis is quite close and costs 5£ for the whole day (overnight is free)

Beautiful accommodation just right for two with everything we needed. Very new and modern bathroom - lovely big, fluffy towels - and a super king-size bed. Well-equipped kitchen, dining table and cosy lounge area made for perfect accommodation. Rachel’s instructions were very clear and she always responded immediately to queries, both online and by phone. The EV charger was a real bonus. Can heartily recommend the Milking Parlour and hope we might have the opportunity to stay there again.

We had a family emergency and Leanne was so helpful and accommodating. Responding straight away and helping us whenever we needed it. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. It had everything you needed from slow cookers to a tumble dryer. The only thing I struggled with was that I did not know there was stairs into the property which was problematic when I was on my own with the pram, but it would not stop me coming back! Definitely will use again when we come back to see family! A*****

Thank you Joanna for a lovely stay! Joanna was so accommodating when I explained we would have to leave early due to attending a funeral back home. I asked if she could accommodate us arriving a day early and leaving a day early because of the funeral, and she didn’t hesitate to agree to this. Truly was appreciated. The flat is located just around the corner from the sea front and a 10 minute walk to the local park and high street. There’s a great little retro gaming cafe/bar on the high street called Rage Quit which we highly recommend especially if you’ve got gaming kids. Lovely staff, nice cocktails and good food. The flat was quiet and a perfect size for us as a family of 4. The location was ideal and Hornsea is lovely so we’ll definitely be back for another stay. Thank you, Joanna! 🙂

Fantastic stay for our family, so clean. we had everything we needed, it had been well thought out and well equipt to make it a home away from home , great location, we would definitely return and recommend!

Apartamento incrível grande e espaçoso, melhor doque nas fotos. Cozinha super completa com tudo que precisa no dia a dia. Sala grande e aconchegante e os quartos super confortáveis. Apartamento top com uma locação com tudo perto ao lado da estação de trem. Super recomendo.

i stay at many places, all over the UK, and this one by far, is one of the best value for money Studios, it has everything you need, and is spacious and smart. have now booked it for the remainder of my stay here. absolutely fantastic.

Our stay was for one night as we were attending an event local to the accommodation. A 3 minute walk from the cheap online booking King William House car park and the gaff was there. A few flights of stairs to get to the room but that wasn’t an issue. The room got quite cool but there was plenty of heaters to use to warm it up. Kitten and bathroom was adequate although the heated towel rail didn’t work for some reason. Shampoo and shower gel was provided and ample loo roll. Decor is cosy and contemporary. You can hear some noise from the local club but we were aware of the surroundings so I brought some earplugs which helped. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was perfect for our party of one couple and two individuals.

We had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and looked just like the pictures.
