In a corner of our dry basement level, across the hall from two other bedrooms, we have this tiny modest room with a privacy screen. Priced economically and for the occasional budget minded traveler just passing through. Comes with all amenities- sheets pillow towel and quick meals at our snack share bar. Coffee tea and a quick breakfast always available.

This room is located on the lower level walk out of my home and private bathroom. This is 1 of 3 rooms I offer. I live and work from my home. I have a Golden Retriever - Greta is 4. No kitchen access. However, a 3 course Nordic breakfast is served at 9am with your stay. The home has multiple spaces both in and out for use. Please bring slippers or socks to wear inside my home. Highly recommend a car. Uber is expensive. Please check in prior to 9pm. Prefer 5 star guests and sorry no children.

We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Room with an attached bathroom and private entrance. Enjoy the porch, garden, honey bees, the old farm & fields, situated on the Valatie Kill in a quaint hamlet. The AH Bike Trail is just around the corner. If you come by bike, we can safely store the bike in the garage opposite the barn. Larkin Hill, Kinderhook Creek & Hunt Club are close. Schodack Island state park is 15 min. Van Buren house is 15 also. It is a wonderful spot to get some real fresh air.

Our home sits on 16 acres of land including 2 beautiful swamps filled with amazing wildlife. The Vly Life is located in the very tranquil area known as the Vly in Stone Ridge, just two hours from NYC. We are centrally located, 25 minute drive to New Paltz, Woodstock and Kingston.
