Well located/great access to local beaches, 14 min drive to Salcombe, Bantham, Bigbury, Hope Cove, 25min toTotnes/rail to London. Wifi, TV, DVD. Peaceful & calm. The double mezzanine bed is up a steep ladder and has very restricted head height so requires some agility. The two single bed pods are comfortable. The lower bed pod; suitable for a child/teen has restricted head height. It has free street parking

From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Higher Brook Shepherd's Hut

Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.

Unique accommodation in the centre of Kingsbridge

This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

2 Belle Cottages is a lovely Victorian cottage retaining much of its original character. The property provides a comfortable and enjoyable holiday experience, perfect for couples. The cottage is in a lovely quiet spot in Kingsbridge within easy walking distance of the town centre. and close to some of the best beaches in the UK. Kingsbridge is a busy little town and you may not get parking outside the cottage. The bedroom has a super king bed which can be divided into two singles.

We have independent pubs, galleries, restaurants, shops and even a cinema, crabbing quays, sail boats, SUP a brand new skatepark and ferries within walking distance.
