We have stayed at Woodyard Cottages before. Previously we stayed in one of the apartments in the front building, and liked it. Mark and Melanie are both very friendly and responsive, and location is perfect for us to visit family members who all live within 10 min walk. This time we stayed in the newer cabin. All are great value and excellent. There is ample parking and it is quiet, safe neighbourhood. The location is rural countryside, with horse stables nearby. One of them belongs to our family members. For eating out, we found The Anchor Inn to be excellent for our large group. Their traditional carvery lunch, with good veggie options, and lovely airy setting with play ground for young ones was perfect for us. There are also Indian and Chinese takeaways which are quite popular.

Lovely apartment about 10 min walk into the city centre. Everything clean and tidy as described with lovely, hot showers and well-equipped kitchen. Our only issue was the sofa bed, it’s not suitable for adults as uncomfortable and hard and couldn’t really fit two adults if that’s what you need. The other beds were comfy however and everything else had been thought of

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

Charlotte was a great host. Very friendly and communicated well. The house was immaculately clean and in a great location close to the town centre, very walkable. She had left a very useful welcome brochure with things to do in the area, local restaurants and takeaways and other amenities. The location of the house was on a nice quiet road.

A great couple of days away in Wells. The location is perfect and you can be in the heart of wells within a minute, but when your in the apartment you still feel so private and quiet. Easy check in instructions! We would re visit! Thank you Nicky 😀

This is the second time we have stayed at Emma’s. We chose to return when we wanted to go back to Cromer as it has everything we need and a great location. Emma was very respectful and did not disturb us but we knew she was about if we needed her. The place is always clean and we were left some welcome gifts, wine, biscuits and crisps plus some treats for our dogs, Thank you. We will definitely book again when we next want to visit Cromer 😊

Bernard's Hideout is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the beach and promenade, with plenty of restaurants, takeaways coffee shops and pubs nearby and just across the road from the Copp supermarket. The downside was some late night noise from drunken groups, but not too bad. Parking is a slight issue, being restricted to 30 minutes in the street outside, although free overnight parking from 6 pm to 9 am is possible if there is a space (which there always was during our short stay). The longer stay, paid car park is 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was as described, clean and spacious enough for us (3 adults and 2 young children). It was well equipped and nicely decorated. Graham was a responsive and helpful host.

we love it here and have been lucky enough to come here a couple of times now. this will forever be our favourite place to stay in Winterton (or anywhere!) it's immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, perfect for my small dogs, Elaine is absolutely fabulous and very welcoming and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend Sea Mist enough. We had the best weekend again.

Chris’s flat was lovely and in a great quiet location while still being a short walk to the city centre. Chris communicated well and he even let me check in early which was much appreciated, I would definitely recommend the flat.

Amanda’s condo is perfect! Located in beautiful countryside and near some lovely villages, the condo is compact yet feels roomy and has everything you need. It is very tastefully appointed and Amanda is a superb host - responsive and proactive to ensure a great stay.

Such a lovely stay, close to lots of beaches. Beautiful walks nearby and nice private space. Took my doggy and we had a great time! Suzy recommended some lovely things and was always quick with responding if I had any queries. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Our stay at Pond View was peaceful and relaxing. Access to the site was easy but secure. The accommodation was just right. And Christopher was a great host.

We needed to stay near UEA for around 1.5 months and we were grateful to have seen this in Airbnb platform. This place is exactly what the photos show. Cozy bed and TV/ sofa area. Sufficient utensils and tools for cooking and laundry. Just a few mins walk to Tesco Express and petrol station; and Co Op with Subway and Post Office. Around 10 mins walk to UEA. Also convenient to shop in Aldi, and straightforward route to City Centre. Marisol and Mike are very friendly and responsive. Also eager to introduce us about the facilities and amazing life in Norwich. We are pleased to have known them. We are grateful to have chosen here and we will highly recommend this.

This place was great for our family of four (18 and 14 year children) visit to Cambridge. Appartment is spacious and very well equiped. There were really nice welcoming gifts for all four of us. Cambridge city centre is short bus ride away and for those who would like to venture to London, Cambridge North railway station is 15 minute walk with frequent trains to King's Cross.

I highly recommend the lodge fantastic location walking distance from the station and walking distance to the town and shops the apartment was fantastic for what you need more

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

Wonderful place. Such a peaceful place to stay. Super clean and comfy and very well equipped. Jane is a super friendly host and made us feel very comfortable. Her dog Pimms is a delight too and really brightened up the stay for the kids. Jane was trusting enough to take the dog for a long walk which was one of the highlights of our trip. The entertainment area is such a lovely place to relax. We made plenty of use of the pool which was very well equipped to keep the kids entertained (noodles, floats, play toys). We even enjoyed one movie night in that area one the huge comfy sofas. The surrounding village is wonderful too and nice to potter around. Will defo be going back very soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Cromer Country club. The surroundings were beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed with our two young children and they provided two travel cots and two high chairs and even some children’s plates dishes and crockery which was really useful! The apartment was cosy if a little dated, but we understand the property is currently undergoing a renovation program. We appreciated the amenities and visited the pool, sauna etc which looked like the photos. The kitchen was well equipped and had good quality pots and pans for cooking. Bed was comfortable and the bedroom had blackout blinds which was great. It was also useful to have toiletries provided. A smart TV would have been handy.

Had a wonderful stay at The Nest. Everything you could need was provided and is of great quality. It’s is beautifully decorated and very clean. Martina is very responsive and helpful. The welcome hamper was amazing and very much appreciated, especially the home baked goodies. Brooke our dog loved her treats! In a great location with lots to do locally, with Springfield shopping outlet in walking distance. I walked to cafe Nero and back with Brooke for my morning coffee. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with access to the walk along the river. We will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Thank you 😊

Nicki & Peter are fantastic hosts! They were so responsive to all communication made. They were quick to answer any questions asked ahead of the booking. On arrival after announcing ourselves at reception, we were met by Nicki& taken to our lodge & shown around! Most helpful. We are a family of 4 ( 2 adults & 2 kids) & the lodge was more than adequate in size. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival, it was clean, very nicely laid out, and had everything we needed. The view from the 'back garden' looks onto the golf course- stunning! We got to use the hotel pool & facilities (for kids it was in the afternoon only ). This worked out great as we were out in the day, so often back in time for a swim. There are several supermarkets near by, only a 15 minute drive. Norwich town centre is also close by. Plenty to do in nearby & surrounding areas. Would definitely come back again, thank you!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom flat during a wet February. Apartment is very private, with good sized balcony and lovely views over the golf course. Warmand temperature easily controlled. Everything you need for self-catering but meals also available in the brasserie or sports bar and 'the Painted Barn' 2 minutes drive away. Small well-stocked village shop plus a retail park with massive sainsburys only 10 mins away. We had a lovely meal with friends in the Brasserie, with drinks before and coffee after sitting by the log burning fire in the bar area.
