nice location with max privacy. We stayed in the apartment over New Year's Eve and could watch the fireworks from the Mt Nelson signal station. It's easy and cheap to get to Hobart CBD by bus and Uber. The kitchen is well equipped. Smart TV and internet are perfect if you want to stay at home. This is such a lovely little place to stay in Hobart. The best amenities we have ever experienced in an Airbnb. The most utensils, appliances and the best linen. Tricia has provided everything you could ask for during your stay including a little welcome platter that we weren't expecting. Great location, close to the CBD and harbour. We definitely recommend Tricia's place if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Hobart and we hope to be back soon.

We really enjoyed staying @ Lord's Rest (especially enjoyed the quality massage chair) The apartment was tastefully decorated & everything we needed was provided. Paul gave us some good tips re: lookouts etc. Highly recommended!

Olivia was very helpful & included photos on how to get in to the property and the property itself was spotless and uncluttered. Olivia had a coffee machine with plenty of pods and even a treat of chocolates. The kitchen had most items and the laundry was great when we have been travelling. I would definitely recommend Olivia's Airb&b as very close to the beach (a short walk) and close to a good little shopping centre.

We just had a wonderful three night stay in Hobart and highly recommend :) The views are amazing and well worth the travel to and from Hobart for our stay. The bus was $4 / uber $14 and being able to watch the sunrise from our bed each morning was completely and utterly worth it! The full kitchen was great to allow us to cook and eat before we went out for the day. The bed was so comfy we both slept well every night; something that can be difficult in Airbnb’s. The bathroom fit my 6ft3 boyfriend so we were happy. We were able to easily uber to Botonaical garden, Bonorong sanctuary, Stefan winery, ferry to MONA, bus tour to Mount Wellington, Franko live music in the park, Salamanca market - all were amazing! The hosts were friendly and responded to our queries, thank you for letting us stay at your apartment, we travel a lot and this was one of the best we have stayed in :)

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

Everything all good. The location is very quiet, and not too far to go to the beach.😊

Great stay at Ann’s place. She made a portacot available for our daughter and brought over croissants, bread and butter, with additional condiments and champagne in the fridge. Note that the accomodation is mostly open plan with a bedroom with two beds leading off from the master bedroom/kitchen/living room. Overall a cozy but comfortable stay, with Ann’s hospitality making all the difference.

Thanks for the amazing and great host, Anja! She was really responsive and helpful when we are in doubts. It was a great stay for us as it’s our first time travelling to Tasmania, the Airbnb is near to Mount Wellington which you might experience snow. Anja has 2 dogs as well, Jessie and Luna (I supposed I’m right? 😄) both are smart and cute, you are able to bring Jessie for walks as well! The accommodation has cutleries and different seasonings/sauces if you prepare to cook at home which we tried to. 😉 the location is slightly up slope, however Anja provided clear instructions with photos and indications in order not to get lost. Private, peaceful location which I enjoyed very much. Thank you 👍🏻

We had a fantastic girls weekend here. Perfect for what we needed and a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. The bathroom was amazing and the entire space was clean and tidy.

My family really enjoyed staying in the apartment, it was spacious enough for the four of us. The apartment was absolutely spotless and has everything you need for a relaxing break.

Jo's place was perfect for our 2 night stay at Adventure Bay. We were performers in the Australia Day Event at Adventure Bay and the accommodation was ideal to kick back and relax when not at the event. Jo's place felt private, relaxed and the yummy breakfast was well appreciated. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay. Easy to find, easy access, amazing accommodation and lots of little extras including freshly laid eggs from the resident chooks. Highly recommended with stunning views out to Bruny island.

This was honestly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful. The facilities were perfect, it truly felt like a home away from home. The washer and dryer are from top brands, so we could wash and dry our clothes safely without worry. They even provided cereal, milk, and plenty of heaters, which made our stay extra comfortable! I don't think I can fully describe how amazing this place is. One thing that really stood out was the owner’s sense of responsibility. We checked in very late, around 9:30 PM, but they still replied to our message within a minute and patiently guided us. Later, when we had some trouble with our car, they came to help us in person within just 20 minutes. We truly felt cared for and supported during our stay. I’m so grateful and honestly don't know how to thank them enough. Highly recommend this place to anyone!! The view was perfect !!!!!

We had a lovely stay at the place and it was quite Spacious, the kitchen was wonderful und the bathtub just perfect. The Communication with the Host was quick and convenient! I only wish i could have stayed longer. Can recommend this for everyone wanting to spend a lovely Holiday in Tasmania. Especially the Beach House Restaurant down on the shores in Kingston was just great! Only wished we stood longer :) Norman Bischoff

The place was so serene and exactly what I was looking for to recharge. Scottie was super responsive and was very warm. He even arranged to feed sheep and the place felt right at home but with a breathtaking view. Will definitely be coming back and probably staying longer

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!
