El moderno baño incluye una ducha a ras del suelo y artículos de tocador Rituals para una experiencia de lujo. Disfruta de tu café de la mañana en el patio o aprovecha las hamacas en el estanque, ambas con vistas al jardín circundante.

Casa de campo aislada rodeada de potreros privados en el corazón del Parque Nacional de South Downs. El patio y el jacuzzi tienen vistas a la hermosa campiña y a nuestras ovejas Hampshire Down. Las pintorescas e históricas ciudades de New Alresford a 5 minutos y Winchester a 15 minutos en coche. Tenemos excelentes paseos, ciclismo y equitación directamente desde la granja. Hay 2 habitaciones dobles y una habitación con una cama individual y un colchón extraíble que podría alojar a 2 si es necesario, lo que hace un total de 6.

A solo 8 kilómetros en coche de la ciudad medieval de Winchester, Room with a View se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada, perfecta para una escapada serena o una estancia de negocios. Apartada del bullicio de la ciudad, pero a solo 10 minutos en coche, Room with a View está rodeada de acres de campos y hermosas vistas.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Barn on The South Downs Way, Dogs Welcome

Kites Loft takes its name from the many red kites often seen soaring above the fields of our small holding. The studio is situated directly on the South Downs Way, within an oak framed barn. It is warm, comfortable and well equipped for couples or a small family. It has a king sized bed and within the relaxing seating area is a sofa and TV. The kitchenette is finished off with a beautiful oak table to eat at, a cosy shower room and there is a dog bed to welcome any four legged friends.

Thoughtfully equipped for families with babies and children, as well as couples seeking a peaceful getaway, it’s the perfect retreat to unwind and enjoy Hampshire’s beautiful landscape.

Stunning studio, 5 minute walk to South Downs Way

New annexe above triple garage with south facing balcony offering outstanding views over Corhampton Down, part of the South Downs National Park. The accommodation includes a shower room, sleeping area with double bed, sitting and dining areas, breakfast preparation corner. Off-street parking available. Short walk from the villages of Exton, Meonstoke and Droxford which have excellent gastro-pubs and are waypoints on the South Downs Way, the Wayfarer's Walk and the Monarch's Way.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!
