โอเคเกือบทุกอย่าง แต่เพราะเป็นคอนโดเลยส่วนของห้องน้ำจะติดกับห้องข้างบน จะได้ยินเสียงข้างบนชัดหน่อยกับเสียงเคาะจากห้องข้างๆ คืนแรกตุ๊กแกร้องทั้งคืน นอนไม่ค่อยหลับ แต่เพราะมันอยู่ด้านนอกไม่เกี่ยวกับที่พัก ถ้าวันอื่นมันคงไปแล้ว

Stayed here for my graduation and was truly impressed. The congratulatory flowers were a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and the atmosphere peaceful.

The room is clean and tidy, has a fast wifi and internet connection. The smart tv is nice - could be the best if there is netflix but it doesnt matter. The surrounding community is private and peaceful after 10pm. The host even recommended local food shops to try. Outstanding place, will definitely book again!

Everything was great, nice place to stay

Wonderful place to stay in bangkok. It’s a hidden gem. There is a tops store downstairs to grab quick bites or drinks. I stayed here for 8 nights doing staycation. Mostly i will roam around the city in the eve. There is a metro station nearby. Also, mostly you will get grab/bolt with in no time (max 4 to 5 mins). Don’t miss out to check Owl market nearby, great place to explore local food and budget shopping.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very close to mall and 7/11. Pak is a great host, always around to answer questions yet never intruding on the living experience.

Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

Sunatta is an amazing host, truly one of the best we’ve encountered during our travels! The place was one of the best accommodations we had in Bangkok: cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. It really felt like home. We’re just sad we only stayed for one night—wish we had more time here. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort and warm hospitality!

Absolutely gorgeous appartment in Bangkok, we were there only 2 nights and it was not enough because we could literally live there. Everything seems brand new and is perfectly clean. The room and private patio are so confortable that we relaxed there during our 2 days of stay instead of visiting the city. Sasimanas and her parents are amazing hosts, they are welcoming, proactive and helpful, they allowed us to early and late check-in. We definitely recommend the Banana tree garden to anyone who want to stay in Bangkok away from the crowd.

Der Check-in war äußert einfach durch die vorherige Anleitung von Craig. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt, denn die Unterkunft hat alles was du für das tägliche Leben brauchst. Waschmaschine, WLAN, Schreibtisch mit einem Bürostuhl zum Arbeiten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, tolles Badezimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Einbauschrank und eine Couch mit einem Fernseher. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es ein rießigen Big C, einen 7/11 und sogar einen Nachtmarkt. Zudem war die Unterkunft sehr sehr sauber. Sie ist nicht in der typischen Touri-Gegend, deshalb muss man etwas rein fahren, was allerdings kein Problem ist, denn die BTS fährt alle paar Minuten an den Stationen nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Ebenfalls war der Check-out super leicht. Craig und seine Frau sind sehr nette Menschen und wir würden uns immer wieder freuen in Bangkok in der Unterkunft übernachten zu können.

This place deserves more than 5 stars but is not possible in AirBnb, if you are a content creator, digital nomad or work remotely, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Tony leave you in the condo a full setup to work, every amenity in the building is simply amazing. So accesible in every aspect I really recommend this place. And Tony by the way was the best host ever for my first stay in Thailand, very servicial and predisposed to all my needs

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.
