Very nice view of the beach and ocean. Only issue we had was the water in the showers doesn’t stay at a steady temperature. Great place though.

We really enjoyed our stay at Valerio’s. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by the bars and restaurants of Ocean Drive (but super quiet inside the apartment). Everything is nearby and the neighborhood is super walkable. Valerio was very responsive and provided beach towels and a pack and play for our baby. We would definitely stay again!

Super Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Strand. Apartment, Haus und Pool sind gepflegt. Wasch- und Trockenmöglichkeiten auf dem Gang vorhanden. Das Appartment hat alles was man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin Suzi ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Amazing place! Nice corner apartment with an incredible view! We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! Clean, well maintained and exactly as described. Spacious and comfortable interior, with all the amenities we need, even for my baby…the host was very friendly, responsive and easy going! We need to extend our stay and he made it very easy for us! I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Miami

This place is absolutely fantastic! It’s super close to the beach, which is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. Martin was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again without any second thoughts.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host, Sherry, gave timely information and quickly responded to messages. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of amenities that were available to us at the house. The Cabana Club was a real hit with my teenage daughters. It had reasonably priced drinks and lunch type meals. They enjoyed just laying by the pool or beach and sun tanning. We saw manatees one of the evenings right in the backyard of the home.

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

This is the 2nd time we stayed for a family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well kept. The backyard is perfectly set for wonderful afternoons lounging in the pool and enjoying the surroundings. Thank you for sharing your home with us. This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

Beautiful views and great spaces! We’ve stayed in Marathon several times in different canal houses with our family of 7, and this property is now our new favorite. We couldn’t get enough of all the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset whether it was on the porch, in the pool, or out by the Tiki Hut. Every bedroom has water views as well. Boat access was an easy out to snorkeling, diving, fishing, or whatever you like to do. There are two kayaks for use, which made for some nice outings to explore the immediate area. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and even had an extra under-the-counter ice machine. We had a great time here, and would stay again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your property.

The location was great, the house was comfortable and clean. The dock and canal were wonderful. Loved having our boat so close and loved the manatee that came to visit us. Overall very nice home and would highly recommend. Loretta had good communication on check in and info. Thank you and we look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful time in Marathon! Nice location right on a canal. Frank gave some really great food recommendations. Also a very short drive to fun activities. We enjoyed Crane Point Hammock and Sombrero Beach. A cozy place to slow down and enjoy life in the keys!

Great place right in the heart of Key Colony. House had all we needed and more to make our 8 day stay comfortable. Great boat dock with plenty of room for 2 31 ft boats.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay, having the pool was amazing for days we didn’t want to do the beach. Restaurants around are amazing and Sandra gives wonderful recommendations.

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

The best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Dmitri was always very quick to respond when I was booking. And once I made the reservation, he helped me with everything and was always very attentive. He personally welcomed me to the apartment and showed me around. The apartment is wonderful. The location is great—close to the beach, the best shops, and supermarkets. The stay was simply flawless. I’m just grateful to Dmitri. Don’t hesitate. If you see this apartment available, book it right away—it’s hard to find a better place, especially if you’re traveling with your family like I was.

La estadía estuvo perfecta. Siempre tuvimos muy buena comunicación. La ducha es gigante y bastante relajante. A pesar de que estábamos de 40 a 60 minutos de Miami dependiendo del tráfico, definitivamente es un lugar en el que me volvería a quedar y recomiendo que si quieres estar en Miami igualmente te quedes en este sitio que queda en Hollywood. El sitio es bellisimo y estas literalmente a una cuadra de la playa donde encuentras de todo. El apartamento también tiene todo lo necesario para estar ahí. Gracias
