We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

This Air BnB has many positive highlights! It is a beautiful home with everything you would need for a vacation house. The house is located in a great spot to get to many different food areas and activities! We had the best view of ocean. From the moment I booked Nick was very helpful for everything we needed, he was incredibly responsive! Thank you for making this trip memorable!

Great place! Exactly like the pictures. AMAZING heated pool! Very clean. Ruth was an excellent host! She had fresh flowers, toiletries and even snacks and breakfast items to get us started! Most Airbnb’s you have to provide your own TP, paper towels, trash bags and soap but not here! Ruth had the place very well stocked. We will definitely be returning! We had an amazing time at Seascape Point during our first family trip to Marathon! The home was absolutely perfect for our crew—my wife, our three kids, and me. The kids had an absolute blast hunting for crabs, fishing, and swimming all week long. The property was well-suited for our family’s needs, and it made for a memorable vacation. We especially loved the canal, which was incredibly easy to navigate and provided quick access to the ocean—a paradise for fishing enthusiasts! This house was perfect for my family of 5. We where all very comfortable and had plenty of space! The kitchen had everything we needed. The waterfront lot across from the house was peaceful and had a wonderful area for the kids! The backyard was my favorite!

What a great week we had at this wonderful getaway! We got to watch the manatees off the dock. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful with idea of what to do in the area. We rode our rented bikes down to sunset park every evening to watch the sunset. We also found a great state park/beach just a 20 min bike ride away! The house had everything for us to use for our morning trips to the beach (coolers towels beach chairs). The house had outdoor furniture we sat at to watch the Key Colony Christmas boat parade! We will definitely be going back next year!

Brian’s place was great! Access to the Cabana Club was a huge plus and the canal in back was great for fishing. The beds could use some work but overall the place was great and I would definitely recommend!

The house was wonderful and the resort is gorgeous. We loved the location and the ability to walk or call the golf cart to the pool or main resort. The only issues we had with the rental itself were super minor. A couple of the outlets did not work, I would recommend a few more pots and pans, nightstands on both sides in the master so we weren’t wrestling with a place for both our phones and water on one person’s side, and the soap dispensers were dislocated from the wall in both bathrooms. Definitely: remember to pick up incidentals you don’t think about (salt, pepper, olive oil, cooking spray, foil, steam wrap, laundry soap, etc.) if you intend to cook. I recommend cooking bc the main restaurant is $$$$$ expensive. Dinner for 2 adult entrees, 2 cocktails, and 2 kids meals was $425, breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids was $150. The setting is stunning. Would definitely stay again but prep our own food.

We had an amazing Keys vaca with the family and it centered around this home. The house itself was exactly as described, and perfectly clean. The location is in the middle of everything but still tucked away. Alex’s instructions and responsiveness gave a personal touch that other accommodations lack. We would definitely stay again.
