Fog Signal House at Sand Hills

Originally built in 1919 to house two massive fog horns, the Fog House has been transformed into a relaxing space for two. Beautifully appointed cabin has every amenity of home. Massive stone fireplace greets guests after a day on the snowmobile trail or making turns on the ski slopes. Fully equipped kitchen means you don't have to eat out. Dedicated laundry space. Large master bedroom with master bath and a large walk in shower. Second bedroom and separate bathroom. Large open great room. Relax by the fire and watch the snow fall. There is parking available for snowmobile trailers.

Right on the beachfront of Lake Fanny Hooe, this cozy cabin will bring you peace and happiness. The cabin includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and endless decks and shared dock to enjoy the great outdoors. Within just a few steps you can be a part of the town of Copper Harbor, where you can enjoy the history of the Copper Country, sightseeing, historic Fort Wilkins, quaint gift shopping, great local cuisine, and any outdoor activity that you could possibly think of.

A spa in the heart of the Keweenaw

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Stay in the heart of Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula, not far from beautiful Lake Superior, Copper Harbor, and downtown Calumet's National Historic Park. We have added a “spa” room in our basement that has a large steam room/sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and full bathroom. Our house does not have a TV but we do have awesome Spectrum wifi. There’s also in floor heat and central air conditioning! Sorry no pets.

In our family for the last five decades, this homey Lakeshore cottage is prepped and ready to host newcomers to give them a taste of our Keweenaw Peninsula paradise. Enjoy a private beach with bonfire ring, recently renovated deck with furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms (with comfy King, Queen & Twin beds). Centrally located between Copper Harbor and Eagle Harbor, each just a short drive away.
