It includes a bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk, great for remote work. You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

The total private tiny house, clean and cozy -located in my property next to my main house. Private bathroom, bedroom /queen size comfortable bed, living room, kitchen with electric cooking pan The tiny house has good size refrigerator and smart TV. Guests have access to gazebo with BBQ and fire place. From tiny house is easy access to public transportation: bus stops is across street and another 500 feet from home. Walking distance to several restaurants, grocery stores, post office, park.

Located in north Renton, WA, only 15min. drive to Sea-Tac airport and Bellevue downtown and 25min. to Seattle downtown. 3-4 min drive to the nearest mall, within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

During your stay you’ll have a dedicated parking space in easy view from your window. Guests are welcome to do laundry and and may use the kitchen to store food and prepare light meals.

You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
