The fully stocked kitchen made eating group meals a breeze. Great neighborhood and just minutes from all the activities we did during the weekend. The hot tub was a great bonus to the trip. Will definitely be back! Thanks for having us.

Great family home with plenty of rooms, beds, linens - especially for a blended family! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, feel at home and be comfortable. The whole place was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood/ subdivision. The decor was tasteful and all the games and activities they provided allowed us to chill at the house and enjoy our time together. We will definitely be back :)

What a beautiful home! We used it all. Sat on the beach, swam in the pool, enjoyed the hot tub, hung out in the upstairs bar room, and played some golf! Jonah was beyond helpful to us. One of the most well stocked air bnbs we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot! That was so helpful as some of us were flying from out of town. Just a perfect place to have a small family reunion. We had a great time.

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Everything is very updated, the living space on the main floor is an open concept, which was great with a large group. Chelsie was a wonderful host, very responsive with returning my messages prior to booking, and she checked in with me during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and asking if we had any questions about anything during our visit. Every little detail was perfect, having shampoo & conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a blue tooth speaker in the shower, cards and games for us to use, these are just a few of the examples. We felt so at home here. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Grand Rapids not far from downtown, and you are looking for a place that feels like home- this is the one! So many restaurants, bars, and things to do near by. We hope to visit again in the summer months so we can make use of the beautiful outdoor patio area and of course the pool. Everyone in our group loved it here!

Great place to stay! Seven of us were in town for a basketball tournament and Brian’s house was perfect. We didn’t feel on top of each other at all. We were able to split two families upstairs and downstairs. The boys loved the foosball table. The kitchen was perfect for pregame breakfast and lunch. Location was close to everything in need. Brian checked in throughout the stay to make sure we were all good to go. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very accommodating when we had a couple of our employees come down to the area to work for a few weeks They were very helpful. It's helping us navigate through a last minute contract, and we're very easy to work with. The swim spa was a huge hit as well as the pool table. We will definitely be booking money of our trips in the area there when available.

Beautiful home and purpose built for entertaining. Susan, our host, was welcoming and accommodating and extremely flexible and understanding of our unique needs at the time. The location is excellent, overlooking the lake with a restaurant bar across the street and a breakfast spot next door. If you are thinking about the place, just go ahead and book it, well worth it.

Great little place with all of the amenities I needed. Kitchenette had all I wanted for my short stay. Used the coffee maker and micro and stored my food in the fridge Bath area clean and tidy and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Lots of towels and shower and bath were what I expected The sofa and table were a plus and helpful Would certainly stay with Lara again

This home had plenty of space for our group with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. It felt like home away from home.

We were all pleased with the abundance of space, the beds, closets and squeaky clean bathrooms and kitchen. We also loved the blinds that we could push down to let in all of the light and green space from the yard. Had the weather been better we would have enjoyed the outdoor space off the kitchen as well, which looked great from the windows. We had no need for the super clean laundry room for just a weekend but it was nice to know if was there, if needed. And the parking space in the garage was helpful for unpacking, etc. I would certainly stay there again when in the Grand Rapids area.

My family enjoyed our time at Eastown Luxe. There were many thoughtful amenities that helped us settle in right away and feel at home. The boys loved staying up in the loft area with their own beds and Tv and couch! The location was close to everything we wanted. I enjoyed my morning time by the fire.

I and my husband love to stay in John’s country home. It was peaceful and everything was thought of for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were quaint and lovely. Our drives to Grand Rapids were thoroughly enjoyable and 25 minutes to any destination. We highly recommend 😊

Chris had a beautiful home, it was quiet and very well decorated. It was a lovely get away and if I ever find myself in the need for a vacation I'd come back anytime! Chris is very nice and responsive and I appreciated all that he did to make our stay wonderful

What a beautiful place! The home felt cozy and was very comfortable. Felt very welcoming and warming. They provided all necessities. Very clean. The location was great for the events we wanted to attend in the area. Peaceful and quiet. They had thought of everything from the small touches with each room to the major necessities you works need daily. Very responsive and polite to work with. The beds were extremely comfortable! I enjoyed the fan they provided in each bedroom, we like the noise. They left us a bundle of firewood for our bonfire. Check in process was very easy and we felt safe at all times. They’ve done a wonderful job making this house feel like home. Would recommend staying here! We hope to be able to make a trip back. We loved it!
