Brett was a fantastic host. Very easy communication and extremely easy arrival instructions. He is also very quiet, which is great for a light sleeper like me. The room and bathroom were fantastic, fastidiously clean, with all the supplies you need for a comfortable stay. The accomodations were perfect and I highly recommend staying at Brett’s to experience the beauty of Maine. Thank you so much, Brett.

Scott was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. He greeted my partner and I on check in, showed us around the property, and gave us great local recommendations for food. The room was very spacious with a cozy fireplace and awesome jacuzzi tub. The decor was tasteful and homey. The hot tub and sauna were such a nice touch and we enjoyed relaxing in them! We also appreciated the library, the coffee/tea, and pastries that were out. Breakfast was also delicious. We plan to come back very soon!

Incredible hosts. Generous, gracious, welcoming, and super responsive. Made us feel like we were family visiting as opposed to vaguely unwanted stranger guests. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

10/10 would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were so kind and check in was a breeze. The room was better than expected, neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe and comfortable staying here alone.

Very nice little cottage for a couple’s getaway. Very close to town and some good restaurants nearby. Thoughtful use of space inside with the furniture as well. The outdoor sauna was a nice experience as well.

We loved this cottage! It had everything we needed, was clean and bright, styled beautifully. We enjoyed borrowing records from the office to listen to. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. An easy drive to downtown and other points of interest. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great place on a beautiful lake. The restaurant wasn't open when we were there, apparently it's only open in the summer, so was extremely peaceful. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Only 10 minutes from sugarloaf. We'll be staying here again next time we come up to ski.

The room was just as described and pictured. Although small, it was very neat and clean with a serviceable kitchen having all the amenities you would need to do some light cooking. Van was kind enough to leave a packet of ground coffee and filters. We also made juice of the very comfortable common area building, including couches and chairs and several games to play. Others have mentioned thin walls and, while we could hear our neighbors, everyone seemed to be respectful and quiet during sleeping hours. And Van also supplied a white noise generator that came in the room. The costs, while not inexpensive, seemed to be in line with booking a place last minute in the heart of ski season near Sugarloaf.

Beautiful house from the 1800's with lovely common sitting area with big windows. Mark and Tina have a great eye for detail and take very good care of their home. Delicious breakfasts were served in communal room looking out to the back gardens. I'd recommend their B&B to anyone for an experience of comfort and being well taken care of.

Last minute ended up passing through Belfast for the evening and came upon this place. Great little getaway. Easy to get into town. Enjoyed that they had basic kitchen ware. Would recommend.

This was a great option for an Event at Sugarloaf. The location is easy to get to/find and is a gorgeous spot by the lake. I so appreciate the rustic details like the candles in the hall. The water was hot and great water pressure and the space provided the cozy retreat we needed. Also appreciated the coffee in the room☕️

This is a great spot to stay near Sugarloaf. The kitchen is great—my partner and I prefer to cook our own dinners on ski vacations. Super close to the mountain, clean room, friendly staff! There is a bit of road noise, but any of the motels will have that. I brought ear plugs and it was totally fine. I recommend this spot.

Brad's place was super easy to find, our room was very clean and extremely cozy and comfortable. After reading several reviews prior to our booking, we weren't sure if Brickyard Hollow (the restaurant on the first floor) would be open or not because the listing mentions that these rooms are above the restaurant but we learned that it's seasonal. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would definitely stay again.
