Welcome to our little Haven in the heart of W. Knoxville! We invite you to be a guest at our homestead in the city. The house has been recently built. Cedar Brook Haven is a 4+ acre oasis right off of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. Enjoy a private farm feel but within walking distance to stores & restaurants and just a short drive to the I-40/I-75 (2 miles) & everything the Knoxville area has to offer. EV Level 2 charger is available $5/day used. Tesla owners will need the J-1772 adapter.

This is only about 15 minutes from Oak Ridge. We live next door where we raise rabbits and chickens, and several vegetable gardens. It's across the road from the lake, and the picnic area is within walking distance (swimming and fishing, too). Our dogs don't know that this house is not theirs, so will be over daily to get their treats (we'll supply). So you must love dogs, farm animals and vegetable gardens. We're out in the country, so restaurants, gas stations are about a 15 min. drive.

The bedroom has one King bed, a queen size inflatable bed that can be set-up for extra guests, a sofa, ceiling fan, closet, night stands, portable radian heather, portable fan, and a dresser. Parking for two or more vehicles. Only two adults live in the main floor of the house.

Beautiful home located in the heart of Knoxville. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, University of Tennessee! We have a fully stocked kitchen, patio and grill. We also have another unit that is "attached" to this home if you need accommodations for more than 10 people. Book both units and you will share a large dining room between the 2 units which is great for large dinner gatherings such as Thanksgiving. You may instead choose to rent this dining room for $75 when booking this home.
