Diōni is a brand-new, stylish seafront home that blends modern minimalism with natural beauty. Just steps from the beach and a short walk to the center, restaurants, and mini markets — yet peacefully tucked away. The glass doors feature both curtains and shutters for your comfort and privacy. There is also a small storage room with a hanging rail and a shelf, ideal for keeping your clothes organized during your stay. Designed for those who seek calm, comfort, and effortless elegance by the sea.

Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.

It's a 5 minute walk to Zia, and the distance to kos town is 22 min by Car (14.5 km). You are welcome to experience our beautiful little paradise! We are about 80m from Kardamena's bus station, taxi station and the biggest super market. Kardamena's coastal road, central beach and barstreet is about 200m far away.
