הדירה נקיה, נוחה מאד ומאובזרת, מקלחת ושירותים איכותיים, מיטה מפנקת, המטבח מתאים בעיקר לארוחות קלות. אפריל היא מארחת נהדרת, קיבלה בחום את פנינו, היתה תמיד זמינה והגיבה במהירות ובנדיבות לכל בקשה, טיפלה בכביסה ובשילוח המזוודות ביעילות ואף פינקה במאפינס שאפתה. הדירה ממוקמת קרוב לתחנת המטרו ובמרחק כ 10 דקות הליכה מתחנת קיוטו. נהנינו מאד מהדירה ומהאירוח ואנחנו ממליצים בחום.

We had a great time at Taiyo’s apartment. The location is exceptional for the price. We were able to visit many tourist attractions by foot. Taiyo and his mother are lovely hosts. Thank you for being so flexible on our date change and arrival time, we greatly appreciated it.

This place is amazing, very calm neighborhood, the station is just there, only 20 min to Kyoto Station. Spotless and it was bigger than I imagined

Cons- 1. You have to climb 1 or 2 floors of stairs, depending on which floor you are allocated. It is majorly a one time effort of picking your luggage. But given the overall struggles with luggage, this much is manageable. Pros- 1. Location -> 1. a: Located right next to metro station. ~15 min to kyoto station (10 min metro time + extra 5 min buffer for waiting/ switching trains). 1. b: Located walkable distance from major bus stops. Major bus stops to Kinkakuji are ~800m. For other spots its better to take metro. 1.c: Multiple convenience stores nearby. 1.d: Calm neighbourhood. Not noisy 2. Room-> 2.a: Very nice comfortable place, felt like home. Had everything you would want. Only the dryer was a paid add-on located at the Ground floor (that too was cheap: 100yen for 15mins) 2.b: Great Service: We made a request for a mop to the host and we had it within an hour. The stay was one of the best part of kyoto. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here for 5 days during my trip. I really enjoyed the location this was in. It was a 15 minute walk from Kyoto Station and is located right beside a really cool path and river. Also, if you're really up for it, it's a 25 minute walk to Fushimi Inari, if you want to get there early as well!

Sumi a été une hôte formidable. Elle nous a donné des instructions claires pour se rendre, nous attendait dehors à notre arrivée et était disponible si nous avions des questions. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et correspond aux photos. À quelques minutes de marche de plusieurs temples et de restaurants. Je recommande ce logement dans hésiter!

This is a great place for a longer-term stay in Kyoto. Very communicative with two Kyoto metro lines nearby, a bus stop that leads directly to the big western areas with shrines, temples and natural forests, and just three stops from Kyoto JR. The neighbourhood is full of things to see!! Getting up with luggage is a bit difficult, as the stairs are steep, but not impossible. The view from the windows is everyday streets and shops, which is cool if you're into people watching, but otherwise not much to offer. Cleanliness: top-notch. I am always looking for the cleanest Airbnbs, and this one did not disappoint. May has been extremely helpful with all my requests and provided information on everything I needed, giving me options and even tried to help me find a luggage service to my next accommodation. Facilities: full kitchen, enough utensils and cookware. Lovely sitting area. Functioning TV. Bathroom with drier (the JP type, but it's enough).

Beautiful traditional home tucked away in Gion, with added conveniences that made it a wonderful place to stay (heated floors especially). Appreciated the recommendations, would highly recommend!

La casa es realmente lo que esperábamos. La ubicación perfecta.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Seiko typiquement japonaise, joliment décorée, impeccablement entretenue. On s’y sent bien des que l’on ouvre la porte. De plus les échanges avec Seiko ont toujours été très cordiaux. Le quartier est magnifique et paisible et donne accès à plusieurs temples et pagode à pied. Que du bonheur ! Notre seul regret à été d’y rester peu de temps. Nous espérons avoir l’occasion d’y revenir. Merci. Seiko ! Elisabeth

Le séjour était parfait ! Le logement était super propre, bien situé et très confortable. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Et que dire de l’hôte… d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Toujours disponible, attentionnée et très accueillante. Merci encore pour tout, je recommande à 100 % !

Very comfortable for 3 of us. It is within 15-25 mins walk to most attractions partly on narrow roads. Taxis can conveniently stop right outside the apt. The apt has easy-to-use amenities eg washer cum dryer, relaxing round bath tub, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, well-lit rooms on 2nd floor with comfortable floor mattresses. Little space downstairs if you have many big suitcases as stairways can be narrow to move them to second floor.

We had a great stay at this home. Our group of 6 comfortable stayed amongst the 3 upstairs bedrooms. Like most Japanese homes, the toilets and shower rooms are separate. This home had 2 toilets and 2 showers. The washing machine works great, and the drying functionality (hanging clothes in the bathroom by a drying vent) worked as well. We loved the location, walking distance from the Fushimi Inari shrine and across the street from a 7/11 and walking distance from 3 different train stations. Very easy to get around the area! Perfect place to stay, very clean, very warm and great location near the stations. The samurai and other Japanese decorations were epic too. Highly recommended

One of the best places i have stayed in. This ryokan will not disappoint you, it has everything you need and the best part is it is right next to the river. It gives you the vibe of staying in a classic Japanese house with a modern touch at the same time. Heaps of things to do in this beautiful part and all can be explored in walking distance. Great restaurants and people. Highly recommend.

Nous somme une famille de 5 personnes dont 3 enfants et avons séjourné 5 jours à Kyoto. le logement est très spacieux et confortable. Si nous devions revenir à Kyoto je reprendrais ce prestataire. un grand merci.

The next time I visit Kyoto, I would definitely try to book again at RESI STAY. the rooms were spacious, the host was very communicative and the location was better than I anticipated. A short walk from Kyoto Station, it is surrounded by lots of food and stores. pretty much everything you need. Luggage storage was also available to us after check out which was really appreciated. I wish them every success and hope to stay with them again in the future.

Spacious apartment with comfy 2 person beds. Kitchen with facilities, and a nice living section. The bathroom was very big, with washing machine and had all needed amenities. The ground floor has a washroom with larger washing machines and dryers. Books in the lobby and a shared kitchen, all looking clean and inviting. The hotel is easy to reach from the station and within walking distance of a small convenience store, many restaurants, a huge temple complex and a Japanese garden. Busstop is around the corner to reach all major destinations in Kyoto.

La ubicación estaba super cómoda, hay un seven a unas 3 cuadras y hacíamos unos 7 min caminando a la estación, y de camino hay mini súper y una cafetería frente a la estación que estaba super rica, además el edificio es bonito y la habitación muy agradable. Lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme ahí!

Egy szuper helyszín, csodálatos környéken, nyugodt, kedves, rendezett. A lakás kényelmes, tágas és jól felszerelt. Szívből ajánlom bárkinek aki eltöltene pár kellemes napot kyoto városban a barátaival vagy a családjával . Köszi hogy itt lehettünk !
