The apartment was well-kept and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, its location on Marine Drive meant that shops were just a short distance away. The place was really great. It was perfectly placed in a peaceful neighbourhood in Pizhala. A 5mins walk will take you to the serene backwaters of Cochin. The hosts were very helpful and responded really quick. There was a road closure on the way to the place and they communicated way ahead and made necessary arrangements for us. Overall peaceful stay. Worth the price!

We had a wonderful stay at Vivek’s three-bedroom flat in Vytilla. The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds and ample storage. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The location is fantastic—close to major roads, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Vivek was a great host—friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a homely stay in Kochi. Would definitely book again!

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . It was a great experience staying in Jo &Sams villa it was very silent place and it is very ecofriendly place by nature it is great place to have a small family gathering and. Reunion we loved it and the rooms were very neat and clean. Thanks for the stay Danny John

Neil's place Palm Grove is a great cozy accommodation. The front lawn and the trees beyond welcome you to the smaller private house next to their family home. Beautiful surroundings and the river in 5 mins walk for a quick dip are perfect. Neil's parents are great very helpful and friendly you will feel like you are staying at your close friends house. I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet comfy place near the Cochin airport to explore Kerala.

Colbridge and his family give incredible value for money, particularly in their efforts to provide anything and everything the customer wants or needs. They are full of helpful information and go our of their way to provide any little special requests the guests might have. Their home is spotlessly clean and we can highly recommend the delicious breakfast served each day by the lovely Shalini, his charming wife, as well as the extra services of cleaning and laundry provided by their housekeeper, Shelby. We could not have been happier nor felt luckier. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment with our family of three adults, one child, and two infants, and it was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right opposite Lulu Mall and just a stone’s throw from Edappally Metro Station. The convenience of having such a major shopping destination literally at our doorstep was fantastic. The proximity to the metro station was another huge plus. It made commuting around Kochi incredibly easy and efficient, allowing us to move around the city without worrying about traffic. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.
