This is a gem of a house and so relaxing… every little detail is well thought out and the kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee, oils, etc. I remember when Airbnb started and this was what the houses used to be like. Anymore they are too sterile with no amenities but not this one, it’s like the good old days to stay here… 10AM check out will always get me thinking twice before booking but this place is very clean and so pretty.

We just love staying here. We used to try a new place every time we came into town but once we found this gem we keep coming right back to it. Feels like home. My kids love love love to watch tv while in the hot tub on the covered patio. They love the gameroom too and it means I get to actually relax since they have things to do. Great location too. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We always walk over to Magic Donuts for their breakfast menu and donuts too.

Charlie's place is great!! Tastefully decorated, quiet , nice neighborhood, great amenities!!

Ivan's place was perfect for my purposes in Grant's Pass. Everything was clean and in working order and they seemed to think of everything. Hot tub was nice after a day of hiking. I probably could have cooked as all the things needed were there but ate out at local restaurants after hikes. Chickens are fun and I loved having them and hearing them nearby.

Felt like home away from home. The backyard was even more impressive in person as well. Would definitely recommend to others.

Stayed only one night but wish we stayed more! The fenced in lot was perfect for the pups and the home was very comfortable and clean. excellent stay!

This is such a great place! My wife and I stayed here for a month while we were house hunting (just moved to GP), the place was very clean and nicely decorated (a lot of local stuff which was a nice touch), and Emily was always quick to respond if we had any questions. The house is right on the Rogue River so it was really nice to sit outside and watch the river and wildlife. It is located really close to downtown so we could walk to different restaurants, etc, we found a nice Mexican restaurant within a short walk that we liked to frequent. Overall great place, great host, great location!

This is our 3rd time here so you know we love it. Twice a day in the hot tub; hanging out on the balcony, giant comfortable bed, clean. We had a little trouble with the internet the first night but she jumped right on it and was fixed and working perfectly for the remainder of our stay. She even pro-actively checked in a day later to make sure it was all OK. It's a wonderful place to stay. We plan to return.

I had such an amazing time there with my friends. Thanks to Angela, she provided such a clean and beautiful little home for us to rent out and I couldn't be more happy. everything was nearby.Everything was clean everything was organized. I would 100% go back.
