Enjoy the private entrance and separate side yard area, ideal for pets and relaxing in this calm and quiet space. Please note there is no separate bedroom, ideal for the 1-2 people-3 max. Stylish house 10min from Domain. King & Queen beds

Newly renovated home in a quiet cul-de-sac one minute from the 183 highway and nineteen minutes from downtown. Both bedrooms are spacious with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. The master bedroom has a California King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We installed a guard rail and anti slip grips on the steps but if stairs are an issue for some guests we have a roll in bed stored in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used down stairs.

Austin Guest Flat - 1000sq ft Home Away From Home

Our guest space was built for my mom but we ended up living in it for 2 years and it was great. It is approx 1000 sq ft, tall vaulted ceiling in the living space and lots of light. It's pretty quiet up there. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Austin's population ( Hwy 183 & Hwy 620). This makes our location super easy for access to major roadways.
