Only 15mil to downtown Charleston and 12mil to Kiawah - you get the peacefulness of Johns Islands rural community with easy access to all Charleston has to offer. This is the perfect place to unplug and unwind.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Family Vacation in Charleston: Free Beach Access

This is our home and we are happy to share it with you! The Awaysis is a custom, elevated cottage situated on 2 acres with expansive tidal creek views. The pictures don't tell the whole story, but we hope they garner your attention enough to give staying here a chance! The huge back yard and porch is great for entertaining or kicking back to watch the infamous cotton candy skies at sunset. Kayaks on site. Walking distance to fishing/crabbing.
