Great stay and really helpful and responsive host

Excellent apartment. Had a great stay. The apartment was as described if not better. The location is excellent with lots of cafes and restaurants. Short stroll to York Road with loads of higly recommended restaurants. Bus stop for buses into the city at the end of the road a minute's walk away. The apartment was quiet, clean with all amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc. Bathroom was clean. Comfortable bed. This will be my go to accommodation in the future. Chab was an excellent host with prompt communication and response. Highly recommend this apartment.

I Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement. Cosy and clean place to come back to at the end of the day, great kitchen and very useful to have washing machine too, the lounge area was also very cosy and great TV with everything I needed!! The studio was only 20 mins from city centre so lots to do around the area and i found a great gym only 10 mins away. Overall, a really nice place, will being going back if ever down there again.

I had a great stay at this flat! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and Lisa was responsive and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant stay!

First of all it looks better the photos!! Super clean, close to everything you’d like to do in brum.Paid parking was right in front of the apartment.Sam was responsive as well. Uber anywhere was literally less than £10..It’s a spot perfect for a getaway.Even though it’s in the centre you still get a quiet peaceful place to come back to after a long day. 12/10!!!!!!!

Brilliant location and homely atmosphere and friendly host

This was a great flat located perfectly for trips to the jewellery quarter. The flat was clean and as described. Good check-in instructions and the flat and parking felt secure. Chloe was quick to respond when we needed to check something on check-in, which we appreciated.

I would recommend this to anyone whose looking for a stay in Birmingham. Easy to catch transport and clear of surrounding, it's quiet and peaceful. It's a worth of money within price range and comfortable.

Danial was super responsive. The flat was extremely clean and felt right at home. It's also only a 6 minute drive to a whole slew of restaurants in Coventry road so was great in the evening to go out to. All in all, I had no complaints about this place.

I definitely want to thank them for their, responsiveness and help, the place was as advertised. I just believe it was an excessive cleaning fee for such a small place especially with the couch being visibly dirty with old stains.

The Airbnb was beautiful and in a good area, the living room and kitchen area were above expectations and everything is explained well by Elise

We spent 9 days at Stephen and Maria's house, its a fantastic warm abd cosy apartment in a great location for restaurants, buses and trains. Stephen and Maria looked after us so well, we had a full continental breakfast plus fruit, tea and coffee available every day. Maria even brought us weetabix and bananas for my husband's favourite breakfast.

Great apartment local to all amenities, central location in walking distance of New Street station and the Bull Ring. Secure parking in the basement of the building. Communication with Emily was easy and she was always responsive. Clear and easy instructions on arrival and departure. Would stay again.

This was a fantastic place just what I needed to base myself in birmingham , for a few days to start a new job. I have no hesitation, recommending it to anybody. It was easy to find. It's easy to get in and easy to be comfortable in.

Beautiful home in a very peaceful area despite being close to Moseley centre.

Manuel was very communicative and the location was perfect. There is a Tesco downstairs which was very convenient. This is a great place to be central and easily navigate around Birmingham. The flat had many amenities and was super easy to get in to. I'd definitely recommend this place. Thank you Manuel!
