Nice place to stay. Don't expect too much, with a good location but at a low price, Hean's place is a bargain.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The building was lovely - amazing swimming pools, a gym, a room for the children to play and a running track, we were really happy. Everything was a good standard. There were lots of shops and restaurants walkable. And as traffic across Penang always seems slow it was nice to be between the beach and George town. Wendy and Sharon were great hosts, clear instructions, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The flat was exactly as in the photos, spacious and very comfortable for our stay of 5 weeks. We would absolutely recommend.

This is an excellent place to live. Only 50 meters to the beach and has a swimming pool for adults and children. Perfect hotel services. Very clean and very good sea view, Everything is clean. Despite this far away from the old town, but you can take the bus 101 at the gate To every famous place you want to go only 4MYR max, G map will show you the route and the timing of bus to arrive around every 10 minutes a bus. Opposite street. There is a very cheap and delicious Indian restaurant, Mostly fast food, But taste and kinds and price will Surprise you. But Lebanon restaurant very expensive and taste not that good, There is also good Chinese restaurant Opposite the rode. After you cross the bridge on the road and go east 100 meter, you will find a Malaysia local food complex only operating in the evening, You will find every local food with very cheap price and good taste and excellent services. Every locals go there

It was a relief when the host replied us immediately when we found out a small mishap at the bathroom upon the arrival. He quickly responded and proceeded to help solve the issue within the same 2 hours without causing any extra hassles. Our stay was definitely pleasant!

I stayed at Keong’s apartment in Penang with my family and had a wonderful experience. The place was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was also conveniently located, making it easy to get around. Keong was a great host—friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Penang.

Lovely and modern place in a quiet neighbourhood with come excellent dim sum and Thai restaurants. Emily is a kind and pro-active communicator and has a keen eye for details. The house is a hostel like shared accommodation with a central and clean kitchen but it felt private enough in my own room, although the bathroom isn't entirely closed off from your neighbour's bathroom, for the price it was a good deal.

Absolutely loved the stay, Caesar was a great host, super responsive as well. Rooms looked as pretty as it looked liked in the pictures and absolutely loved the location, near to a secluded and calm beach.

The whole house was clean, modern decor and fully equipped with all the amenities listed. Love the kitchen so much! Even the laundry detergent was provided. Kelly was so responsive when i had issues with the gate remote control. She answered the phone immediately and rectify the issue as soon as she can. Such a great host. Most of the doors/grills are well locked by the host. Very proper and secure. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed our 5 nights there! Thank you Kelly and KMS accommodation 👍💯

One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! First time using a landed airbnb and it was for a group of 10 friends. Apple was very responsive from the start and was giving us lots of local food recommendations. Had a very good stay and the place was beautiful. Will definitely go again if heading to Penang!

Winnie were super helpful and very responsive even tho its were a late booking. She helped guide me until i reach to the house safely. And giving a very simple and straightforward answer. The homestay were very nice with huge livingroom/bedroom studio style inside a 3-storey house. I was surprised by how big the room was. Its can atleast fits a whole 4-5 pax of people inside easily. Easily the most private and convenient place to stayed at. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻

This is a fantastic, clean, and amazing place. Our family had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here. When you go up to the 29th-floor rooftop, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the entire Penang, along with a gym and a rooftop swimming pool. We will definitely visit again next time.

I recently stayed at Beacon Executive Suites in Penang and had a fantastic experience. The suite was modern, spacious, and clean. The location was convenient with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The building's amenities, including a rooftop pool, gym, and secure parking, were excellent. The host was responsive and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this unit at Beacon Executive Suites for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Penang.

7 of us have a nice stay here. Really enjoyed my time here. Chill atmosphere, comfy bed, and everything was clean and easy. Would definitely recommend!

a comfy place to stay with family, we came over to just relax and it was worth it. most of the time we spent at home and relax. the entire apartment was so clean and free from dusts which was amazing. the host was also very friendly and really helpful. despite the waiting time for elevator, probably because its holiday season, everything was fine and perfect.
