The top bunks and trundles are not suitable for adult guests. It's the ideal pad for family or friends to get together and enjoy. Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Mark is an artist & has embellished home & garden with his work. Fee is a masseus with treatment room upstairs. Please contact Fee if you would like to prebook a massage.

Come and enjoy the open space. Our guest house is situated on 32 acres of country landscape with ocean views. Comfortably furnished. Large king bed, bunk room, fold out queen koala sofa & two single fold out occasional chairs. Both Bathroom have 2 showers 2 toilets. ( dormitory style bathrooms ) Modern kitchen with appliances. Outdoor bbq area, fire pit and plenty of room to play. Less than 5 mins drive to Torquay beach and shops. The best part is the freedom and fresh air:)
