Welcome to Walnut Street Retreat, a cozy retreat perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small groups! This 1-bedroom apartment features a full kitchen, a queen-size bed, a twin-size sleeper sofa, and a full-size modular sofa. Enjoy the large, modern bathroom with a spacious shower. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, with a short walk to CU and downtown, our retreat offers comfort, style, and a memorable stay. This cozy, spacious, second story studio apartment resides in the heart of downtown Cedarville, Ohio. Its many windows provide calming natural light, and its open floor plan makes it amenable for both romantic weekend getaways and family gatherings. This apartment is within walking distance of both Cedarville University (0.25 miles) and the Cedarville business district (0.5 miles). The apartment features a small kitchenette and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people.

The extra large deck overlooks 150 Acres of fields, private wetland, and pond where you can fully relax & enjoy the farm experience. CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).
