We really enjoyed our stay. Cynthia (the host) made communication very easy and all aspects were as advertised. The staff at Wyndham were very friendly and check in was a snap. As for the rooms; clean, and quaint with nice kitchen accommodations. Overall excellent stay, would not hesitate to come back.

Beautiful condo. Very clean & updated. Most comfy bed we have ever had @ an Airbnb ( and we have stayed in many). Very quiet & peaceful.

Our stay at Governor Green was very nice. The place is clean, spacious and well equipped with large bedrooms, baths, kitchen and living area. I would strongly recommend it for families or couples. We felt safe and there were some activities to do on the premises, but we preferred to see the local sites. The location is very convenient to all the historical sites as well as many food, shopping, and other activities.

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. She was friendly, informative and responsive. This was our 3rd stay at Kingsgate and it never disappoints. It has become my kids (13,15) favorite place to visit. They tell all their friends. There are tons of activities, including a movie theater. We found out recently that the outdoor pool is heated so you are not limited to just the indoor pool during the colder months. They have a wonderful pool side bar and grill. My kids always ask for the slushies :-). The room is nice and spacious. Even the pull out couch is comfy! It has a full size kitchen with everything you may need. I love the little nook in the master suite, ideal for reading. The balcony is great to enjoy your morning coffee or the peaceful evenings. There is plenty of space for everyone. We never feel crowded. It is the perfect family getaway no matter the age. I highly recommend this property and look forward to checking out other Wyndham properties as well.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a nice touch to have laundry soap and disposable salt and pepper shakers. Our kids enjoyed the free arcade room and the pool.

Excellent stay in Williamsburg! The condo was clean and tastefully decorated (we had two units and were pleasantly surprised to find that both had king beds! Perfect as a getaway for two couples.) The community was quiet and the front desk staff were personable and helpful. The condo was less than five minutes drive from the Colonial Williamsburg visitor center and an easy drive to Yorktown. There were lots of things to do and places to eat. We certainly hope to return!

It was nice and very clean. We loved the space, especially the master bedroom shower. We will 100% book again.

We were extremely pleased with the site. It was immaculate and very comfortable. Particularly important was its location to a variety of different resources, including restaurants, stores and, in particular, the Williamsburg Historical Village. Rebecca was very friendly and did a great job of communicating with us before our visit. I would highly recommend this beautiful and affordable location for future visits.

Greg’s house worked great for our family trip to Colonial Williamsburg! It was just a short drive away. Very easy to get to. Greg did a great job communicating and making sure we have everything we needed.

This home was more than we expected. Very large and comfortable space - you could have one large family or 3 spread out easily. We had a small maintenance issue which was fixed by calling front office staff. Had everything we needed for a great stay during W&M graduation weekend. Thanks!

Dan and Sam were very friendly, responsive hosts. The house and setting were beautiful and perfect for a family. The toys and books in the kids' room were a huge hit, and we all enjoyed the ample outdoor seating and very comfy beds. The ferry was super convenient and fun to watch, without actually hearing any traffic. And we saw so many osprey and bald eagles from the porch! I was charged with finding a rental for 6 adults and 3 kids, and each adult (and my kids) told me that this home was a gem! I'm so grateful to Dan and Sam for sharing their home with our family!

Great hosts and great location. Bryan and Amber were very welcoming. It was easy to get on the highway and get to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown (all between 8-15 mins away) and Newport News. It was perfect to be able to have our dogs with us and to be able to so easily go back and forth between Busch Gardens and home base throughout the day. The back deck was perfect to sit outside and it was very peaceful. Worked well for our family. They provided everything we needed to get started for the week… soaps, paper goods, detergent. Thank you for everything.

The peferct stay for our working group- lots of space for privacy, very clean, close to ferry and beautiful view of the James! Maria was an excellent host, would highly recommend and love to stay again!

Really big house decorated with very cool antiques. Plenty of room and everything you need to feel at home. The host is amazing so helpful and is prepared for your situation. Highly recommend this country mansion style house.

I picked this place because of all the amenities it has to offer to keep my family entertained. The level of service exceeded my expectations from the check in and check out. There is so much to do just in the property it self that we cooked all our meals at the condo by shopping at local grocery stores. The place is so spacious and it really felt at home! The property is gorgeous! I had 5 children and 2 adults and not once did I feel like we were crammed or stepping over each other. There was so much room! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and we really appreciated the in unit laundry. The outdoor pool is amazing and so peaceful! There is plenty to do and the PERFECT place to get some relaxation and quality family time. Beyond happy with my stay!

Absolutely loved the place. So many accommodations and centrally located. It would be impossible to find something better. Will definitely be back.

The condo was great! It is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The condo itself was very clean! I appreciated that there was bedding and extra pillows for the pull-out couch. Rodica was very friendly and sent wonderful instructions. I will be visiting again :)

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!
