Ines was wonderful from start to finish! We felt very welcome, had access to the pool downstairs and just felt right at home from the start! Ines was very understanding when we asked to leave a little later due to a late flight and did more than enough to accommodate us. 10/10, if I was returning to split I’d love to stay here again!

Ivana & Petra are such lovely hosts. They were available to answer any of our questions, before & throughout our stay. The apartments are beautifully designed, spacious & very clean. They are located in a very quiet & relaxing area of split just a few minutes drive from the Riva (where you would find most restaurants & shops). We truly enjoyed staying at this accomodation & will definitely recommend to friends & family!

My stay at this beautiful apartment was fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Julijana was a friendly and welcoming host who also communicated with us very well. Apartment Kate is spacious, comfortable, super-clean and well decorated. The apartment was warm and there was loads of hot water. Julijana had even provided wine and milk for us on arrival. The apartment is also conveniently located for travel into Split town centre. Highly recommended!

As someone who works online, I really value a good work environment with a quiet place to sleep and live. Amar’s place has a comfortable chair and nice desk with easy access to power sockets. All useful stuff. The kitchen was nicely stocked with equipment. Local shops and restaurants have everything you need and the town centre can easily be reach by the excellent bike rental system or public transportation. Amar was helpful, kind and polite. All things considered, if you want somewhere outside of the hectic town centre where you can work and relax, it’s a great choice.

Mieszkanie duże, przestorne, czyste. Kuchnia dobrze wypasażona, jednak czasami brakowało drobiazgòw (np., korkociąg, czajnik). Balkon duży, na przeciwko kościoła, co sprawiało pewny problem w godzinach porannych, gdy zaczynało się dzwonienie. Mnie osobiście to nie przeszkadzało, jednak żona się budziła. Dużym plusem uważam znajdujące się na parterze domu pizzeria (gorąco polecam), sklep spożywczy oraz knajpa. Ostrzegam właścicieli dużych samochodów - wjazd i wyjazd na parking podziemny jest bardzo wąski, co może stanowić problem, w szczególności wyjazd. Dojazd samochodem do lepszych plaży Splita oraz do pałacu Diokleciana trwal około 15-20 minut. Właściciele bardzo pomocne. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam jak bardzo udany.

Stan je jako lijep, čak ljepši nego na fotografijama. S Nedimom sam sve lako dogovorila, jako ljubazan i dostupan. Lokacija je jako lijepa, u blizini je sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Rado ću se vraćati.

When we arrived we were greeted by Brian, he was very nice and recommended various places to eat and destinations to visit. The apartment was very clean and very nice for two people. I highly recommend this host and we hope to return one day. Claudia and Alessandro

Wer Urlaub in Split verbringen möchte sollte unbedingt dieses Apartment buchen!! Die Unterkunft war einfach nur toll - so sauber wie noch keine Unterkunft die wir zuvor gebucht haben! Viele Extras - sowohl im Bad als auch in der Küche - Möbel wie neu und sehr bequem! Alles genau so wie beschreiben und wie es auf den Fotos dargestellt wird! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einfach nur super - immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit in jeder Hinsicht! Wir hatten eine anstrengende und verspätete Anreise - aber die Familie hat alles Mögliche getan, damit wir uns sofort gut erholen und wohl fühlen! Auch während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir ein paar gesundheitliche Probleme - die Familie war immer sofort vor Ort - hat geholfen und sich um ärztliche Hilfe gekümmert - was uns den Urlaub gerettet hatte - vielen lieben Dank noch einmal dafür und für alles andere ebenfalls!! Fazit: tolle Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber!! Alles Liebe für euch und macht bitte genauso weiter 😉

We had a great stay at Peter and Antes apartment, its much bigger than we expected and having 3 separate balconies was a nice surprise! The area is so peaceful and safe, we enjoyed watching the locals playing bowls in the evening as the sun set. We used Uber for most of our trip (€7-13 per journey) but everything is in walking distance. Theres a small supermarket about 1min away from the apartment which has all the necessities (closes early on Sunday!). Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were spotless (there are 2) and the kitchen has everything you need. Like everyone else we really appreciated the fresh fruit in the fridge! We arrived early and Petar gave us a detailed rundown on how to get into the apartment as he was unable to meet us that day, it was very helpful. Really responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. Will definitely book again in the future!

Very nice apatment with a good location. It was surprisingly quiet even though there's a busy street. The small private parking lot was right in front of the door which was convenient. Frano welcomed us kindly and we can highly recommend staying in his apatment :)

Bel appartement joliment décoré et fonctionnel, idéal pour un séjour de courte ou de longue durée, literie propre, grand balcon, Andelka est réactive, disponible et habite à proximité. Arret de bus vers le centre à 20 mètres. L’appartement est au calme et sécurisé (3 portes à ouvrir).

Marija and Anita, they are amazing people. I loved the guide book sent to us, it made our stay pleasant and unforgettable. Lovely place, I will visit them soon.

Visiting Split was a really nice summer experience, and Toma made the experience even better with his hospitality, suggestions and reactivity to each question. The house is clean, well arranged and gives a welcoming vibe. Thank you Toma :)

first of all the host Linda and Donkey sorry Tony were excellent hosts made you feel very welcome and all the little added extras like wine chocolates and snacks was absolutely thoughtful I am just sorry we didn't leave a present to say thank you , now the apartment is fantastic for all couples from a very good modern shower with so many different water features to the extremely good hot tub with a goldilocks temperature, the kitchen is small but with everything you need we only cooked once because you have good restaurants all around with some good fine dining but I must say the nesspresso coffee maker was a blessing first thing in the morning and Linda supplies you with more than enough capsules for your stay, bedroom well what can I say , the bed is massive luckily me and my misses never argued once because the bed is that big I wouldn't see her all night and with the mirrored ceiling and mood lighting we had a wonderful time 😍😜, Recommendation for restaurants is BE-COOL ..

I booked this apartment for one week, the place is nice and the house was ready for us. You will get a lot of instructions about the house and the jacuzzi (which is very nice) during the check in along with a list of places to visit during your stay in Split. The only cons were the pillows that are a bit uncomfortable and the sink in the bathroom which is difficult to regulate its power. Watch out for the hot water because it gets very very hot. Overall a good choice for two people.

I would highly recommend marijas place both marija and laura was extremely helpful at all times and their communication was excellent, responding very quickly to any queries and questions we had . the accommodation was exactly as advertised, the pool area was amazing a real treat to spend time there after a day of site seeing in split. unfortunately we have negatives which is nothing to do with Marija but the croatiaion government in there wisdom has decided to give the green light to the largest construction I've ever seen of new hotels, apartment blocks and a total reconstruction of the local beeches. also the location is a bit out of the way so we were heavily reliant on ubers , we were there for 8 days so proved to be an extra cost to our trip which we hadn't budgeted for .All that said marija and laura did the best they could to make there guest feel welcome especially leaving amazing pancakes, water and other goodies for us to enjoy.

Die Unterkunft hat uns allen wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Ein Besuch dorthin ist es aufjedenfall wert und kann definitiv weiter empfohlen werden. Es war alles wichtige in der Unterkunft vorhanden und sauber war es ebenfalls. Die Gastgeberin hat schnell reagiert und ist sehr freundlich.

Logement parfait pour un couple en voyage. L’appartement était fidèle aux photos mis sur l’annonce. Nous avons pu passer un super séjour dans un cadre magnifique. Ana était très accueillante et très réactive pour faciliter notre venue et notre voyage de manière générale. Je recommande car le quartier est assez calme et relativement bien placé pour rejoindre les axes principaux de la ville. Il y a par ailleurs tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement. Son accès ainsi que sa sécurité sont des atouts qui ont rendu notre voyage facile. C’est un bon rapport qualité/prix qu’il ne faut pas ignorer si vous souhaitez séjourner sur Split.

Izjemno sva zadovoljna s stanovanjem, predvsem pa s čistočo le tega. Všeč nama je bila tematska dekoracija v medvedjem stilu, ki doda bivanju še posebno noto. Poleg tega sta tudi gostitelja izjemno prijazna, gostoljubna in tudi zelo odzivna. Gostoljubje se kaže tudi v večih detajlih, ki pa naj jih gostje odkrijejo sami. Toplo priporočava bivanje v tem apartmaju.

Merci pour cet agréable séjour, l’appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est calme et très bien équipé. Nous avons manqué de rien. Sa proximité avec split est aussi un vrai plus. Merci pour tout
